Green Hill is a modern villa with private swimming pool located in the south-east of Sicily, not far from Noto and only a few minutes' drive from the sea. The villa is situated in a lovely rural setting, surrounded by olive and carob trees and dry-stone walls.

The property develops on one level, it features cozy interiors including a bright living area with a sofa, a dining table, a kitchen and a small bathroom, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with tub, and two further double bedrooms with en-suite shower.

Outside we find a large garden, the beautiful private pool and a terrace fitted for al fresco dining. The villa comes complete with Wi-Fi, satellite receiver, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Green Hill is ideal for relaxing holidays for families or couples alike and is also a perfect base to visit the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and the wonderful sandy beaches of Vendicari, San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Focallo.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 50 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, mid-week tidying up of the bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 3.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 6 nights.
