Escape to the tropical paradise of the Giardino Tropicale. With two private heated swimming pools open 24 hours a day, January to December, you can soak up the sun all year round. Our eco-friendly accommodation is located just 350 meters from the sandy beaches of Lido di Noto and surrounded by 2 hectares of lush land filled with tropical fruits such as papayas, avocados, mangos and bananas. With 13 sleeps, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, our accommodation is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

As you wander through our tropical garden, you'll have the opportunity to meet our friendly animals such as donkeys and chickens.

You'll also have the chance to pick your own organics fresh fruits for free such as lemon, oranges, mandarins, clementines, grapefruits, azzeruoles, jujubes, medlars, figs, grapes, pomegranates, white mulberries, black mulberries, persimmons, plums, apricots, peaches, bananas, feijoas , avocado, mango, pitanga (Brazilian cherries) white guavas, red guavas, pink guavas, strawberry guava, java plums, lemon guava, macadamia nuts, almonds, yam, white sapote, black sapote (black sapote or chocolate pudding), sugar cane, rose apple, dragon fruit, papaya, moringa, passion fruit, vegetables such as tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, courgettes and more. Note: the availability of fruit and vegetables is linked to the season. The centuries-old olive trees in the garden produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil that you can try with the vegetables harvested in the garden.

Our accommodation consists of two separate buildings: a totally autonomous villa with a heated swimming pool, 80 sqm + 40 sqm veranda, independent gate, free parking, and an outside extra shower; and a country house with a heated swimming pool, 70 sqm, veranda 40 sqm, independent gate, free parking, wide open spaces, porch, patio, lawn and an outside extra shower.

The 4 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the 2 living rooms and 2 buildings are located 40 meters away from each other in the same wide garden, shielded from plants for privacy. Our accommodation is in a very quiet and wide garden and offers 25,000 sqm of garden of lemon wood, tropical fruit trees, olives grove and vineyard. There are 2 barbecues, 2 smart TVs, 1 dishwasher, garden furniture, wood for the 2 stoves for the winter, toys for children, slide, swing, playground, 2 swimming pools, 2 hammocks, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs. A short trekking distance away, along the coast there is Vendicari natural oasis where bathing is allowed. Long stay discounted rate.

As an eco-friendly accommodation, we use heating and cooling with heat pump, storm windows, double glazing, 100% utilization of energy saving lamps, photovoltaic panels produce more than 100% of the energy absorbed by consumption, waste recycling, composter, burning of pruning of our trees as fuel for stove. During your stay you can harvest bio lemons, oranges, grapes, pomegranates, grapefruits, white mulberries, kaki, plums, apricots, bananas, feijoa, guava, white sapote, mango, avocado, macadamia, water berries, tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, zucchini and more.The fee for using and heating the pools from October 1st to April 30th is an additional cost and is not included in the rental price. Non-heated pool use costs +30 euros per day for each pool. Heated pool use costs +60 euros per day for each pool (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation).

From May 1st to September 30th, pool use is always included in the rental price and heating is not necessary. However, it is still possible to request heating at a cost of +40 euros per day for each pool (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation). To be paid in advance on the day of arrival.
