Settle into a beautiful tropical landscape on a quiet street, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Enjoy views of tall jungle palms from the double high living area windows; cool off in the shady garden level picnic/BBQ area with dipping pool. Lounge, practice yoga, or watch sunset on the third-level rooftop deck. From the main-level balcony, watch for howler monkeys swinging through trees while listening to sounds of jungle birds and ocean surf.

Cascade showcases a modern Costa Rican architectural design creating easy indoor-outdoor living, combined with the warmth of artisanal furniture, cabinetry, and ceilings of local teak. Cascada's living/dining space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a corner workspace with desk, a sitting area with Smart TV and local/international channels, and a full-size washer and dryer. Two master bedrooms are on the same level with the living/dining area, each with separate keyed entry from the front balcony, assuring your privacy. Well-suited for 2 couples, friends, or a family with older children, bedrooms have a luxurious king bed, private bathroom and balcony sitting areas. One bedroom includes a twin bunk over the king; the other includes a mini-frig for drinks and snacks. All rooms are equipped with AC and ceiling fans, and open to the balcony through expansive sliding glass doors. Available by special request, larger groups or families may add a third bedroom with queen and bunk, in the treehouse studio, Arbol. Nambi also offers two 1-bedroom villas, Cielo and Tierra, providing accommodation for additional friends or extended family.
Located on a quiet residential street, Cascada is just a short walk from the vibrant local scene—restaurants like La Brasa, Olivia's, Gilded Iguana, and Howler’s, as well as shops, yoga and the North Guiones Beach entrance (about an 8-minute walk).

The Nambi property is tobacco-free (including all villas, the pool, and the parking lot). Onsite parking is available. The pool does not have a shallow end for small children and is not fenced. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions and we would be happy to help!
