There is a non-smoking policy at the property, this includes E-cigarettes and vapes. Please note that there is a pet policy in place where pets are not allowed upstairs or unsupervised. We do not allow any more than two pets per booking. Pets must be well behaved and must sleep in the snug room towards the garden. Please maintain the property in good condition during your stay (as you find it upon entry). Please note we do not accept any hen or stag parties. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Guests are expected to treat the property, its furnishings, and contents with care and respect throughout their stay. In the event that the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition, or if any damage occurs during the stay, additional charges may apply.
Fees may be incurred for, but are not limited to, the repair or replacement of damaged items, excessive or specialist cleaning required due to staining, spills, odours, or misuse of facilities, and the removal of waste or items left behind.
