I manage the property with a small team and am only available for in-person visits in an emergency. A short walk to the rail station provides regional rail access. There is a lovely walk through riverside to city centre. Also there's also bus access within a 5-7 minute walk in just about every direction of the property.

- There is some development work taking place on the next riverside plot. It's not usually disruptive but the large window does overlook the development.
