The kitchen offers views into the mature and private garden and supplies an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is seating for 5 in the dining area and a large, comfortable sofa and chair in the large living space. The living area boasts a beautiful inglenook fireplace with wood burner as well as exposed beams and access to a sun room with patio doors leading into the garden.

Beyond the living area is a well equipped utility with iron and ironing board, butler sink, washing machine, eco friendly products, baskets and clothes drying facilities. There is a fire exit door into a shared courtyard which the owners ask not to be used other than in emergencies.
