The famous Norfolk Boards are also very close at hand to enjoy boat trips and water sports including sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Happisburgh beach is a quieter beach, here you can almost enjoy it all to yourself. Miles of excellent walking can be enjoyed from the doorstep. Enjoy a stroll to the beach, and the village pub, using the local footpaths leading across the fields. Happisburgh beach has no restrictions, which is also great for dog lovers. Enjoy a leisurely walk onto Carp Gap, but don’t forget to call at cafe Small Sticks, well known and a popular refuelling station, or walk in the opposite direction onto Sea Palling, a popular seaside village with amusement arcade, café, fish and chips and doughnuts.

Stalham is 3 miles for supermarket, shops, cafes, takeaways, and pub. Bacton Woods is a 13 minutes’ drive, ideal for cycling, walking and woodland picnics. Bird watching, golf and fishing all available locally.
