Surrounded by idyllic countryside, this stylish hideaway makes a fantastic retreat for couples and smaller families discovering a tranquil part of North Norfolk. Situated just a couple of miles from the popular seaside resort of Cromer, the beautifully updated property has ample space for four guests and features a bubbling hot tub, two delightful en-suite bedrooms and an inviting reverse-level layout. Making a great base for keen walkers, cyclists, beach lovers and nature spotters, this light and cosy getaway is perfect for discovering the areaâs lush woodlands, secluded beaches and peaceful countryside.
On entering the cottage, leave your coats and boots in the spacious hallway and head upstairs into the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With charming views towards a beautiful tree canopy, the lounge also features a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The stylishly arranged kitchen is fully equipped and has a handy breakfast bar. French doors lead out onto a large balcony with garden furniture offering a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Back downstairs, you will find two cosy super-king-size bedrooms, each with a refreshing en-suite shower room. Outside, thereâs a small courtyard area to the front of the property with bench seating, secure bike storage and a soothing hot tub for you to unwind in after a wonderful day out.
The property lies on the outskirts of Felbrigg, a picturesque village in a stunning part of the Norfolk countryside. The National Trustâs Felbrigg Hall is less than a mile away, an impressive Jacobean country house with beautiful gardens and an expansive surrounding estate. Heading to the coast, the popular resort of Cromer (2 miles) is known for its Victorian pier and beautiful beach, with a range of great places to eat and drink. Amazona Zoo, Gunton Park Sawmill, Holt Country Park and Baconsthorpe Castle are all within 10 miles.
