Grey Bruce Cottages also ensures that the home is cleaned before your arrival and that snow is removed, grass is cut and everything is in good working order. If you should have any problems during your stay, the property manager will be your point of contact, as they are local and only a short drive away.

Many visitors notice the striking aqua colour of Georgian Bay. This effect is caused by light refracting through calcite crystals formed as calcium carbonate leaches from the dolostone escarpment. These tiny crystals bend light in a unique way, producing the vivid hues that make the area so memorable and highlight the fascinating geology of the Niagara Escarpment.

Winter Weather Advisory
Weather in Grey-Bruce can be unpredictable. Snow clearing follows a set schedule and is not on demand. Travel during storms is at your own risk, and cancellations due to weather do not alter the cancellation policy.

This area is sensitive to noise due to its waterfront location. We kindly ask all Guests to respect the By Law, or the reservation will be at risk of cancellation.

Important Notes:
1. There is only one hot tub provided. Access to the wood-fired hot tub is not permitted.
2. No kayaks are supplied. They are available for rent and guests are directly connected to a local kayak guide.
3. As at Oct 25, 2025 the living room fireplace has been repaired, and the lower level wood fired fireplace is available as well.
