Step through the front door and into the centrepiece of the property: a lush, landscaped courtyard open to the sky, surrounded by local plants and a striking red tree. Sink into the hot tub (seats 6), lounge in the egg chair, or simply look up at Tobermory's legendary night skies, some of the clearest in Ontario. On a good night, you'll see the Milky Way. On a great night, the Northern Lights.

Every room wraps around this central courtyard, with windows in every corner flooding the space with natural light and views of nature. The living area features a 75" smart TV with premium sound system and a 60" electric fireplace. The kitchen is built for real cooking: stainless steel appliances, a Miele coffee machine, and a live-edge dining table that seats 10+. Smart home wiring lets you control lighting and music by voice.

Four bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests comfortably:
• 2 master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private ensuite
• 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed on the main floor + double bed in the private loft above
