Manor Lodge is set within 3 acres of the stunning countryside which surrounds the property just outside Northallerton, a lively market town which features a superb market on Saturday and Wednesday. The world-famous Bettyâs tea rooms which is a must and two Barkers department stores for all you shopaholics out there. Also, a superb array of independent cafĂ©s, restaurants should you wish to dine out, and many gift shops.The North York Moors are also on the doorstep of Manor Lodge, featuring beautiful scenic walks, cycling routes and a reservoir along with the wonderful village of Osmotherley where you are guaranteed a superb pub lunch.
The medieval cities of York and Newcastle are less than an hour away, as is the wonderful east coast should you decide to have a day at the beach. For a day at home, you can run around the 3-acre field, or play football due to the size of the garden. The garden and field are completely enclosed so dogs and children can play freely. For childrenâs enjoyment Manor Lodge also has climbing frame and huge trampoline. Manor Lodge truly is an experience and guaranteeâs families, friends and couples a staycation you will never forget!
