The Space:
This beautiful chalet-styled condo is located at the Jack O'Lantern Resort and Golf Course in Woodstock NH. There are 3 bedrooms, which comfortably sleeps 10 guests. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms, an open well-appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room with cathedral pine wood ceilings. Lots of windows in the living room provide ample natural light.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed, full size pullout couch, a full bathroom, a private porch and it's own entrance. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and is steps from the second full bathroom. Upstairs there is an open loft area with a tv and chairs, a half bath, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a full sized bed, and the top is a twin.

Onsite amenities include an indoor pool, indoor hottub, seasonal outdoor pool, playground, basketball court, tennis court, and game room. Located on the Jack Golf Course which is under new ownership and has already opened a great restaurant in the club house! Snowshoe and nordic ski right onsite during the Winter months. Snowmobile access directly from the condo.

You are 10 minutes from Loon Mountain, 10 minutes from the Ice Castles, 25 minutes from Waterville Valley, 20 minutes from Cannon Mountain, and 15 minutes from Franconia Notch. The Pemigewasset River wraps around the resort. You're in the heart of the White Mountains!

Note that the Winter hours for the indoor pool have started. Pool is open Friday and Saturday 9 am to 9 pm, and Sunday is 9 am to 6 pm. Pool will also be open midweek during school vacation weeks.


Important Things to Note:
There is a fine for violating the following rules, and we will have to pass this along to guests. We don't want this to happen, so please help us to avoid having to do so.

-Only two vehicles are allowed to be parked at the unit and must be in the designated area, not on the grass. Vehicles cannot be parked at other units even if spots are open. Additional parking is available in overflow parking. No boats or trailers allowed to be parked on the premises.
-No camp fires/fire pits.
-No pets are allowed on the property.

Additionally:
-No smoking inside the condo, including in the screened in patio or back porch.
-The condo will be stocked with enough toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you started, and may be enough for your entire stay depending on the duration. Please plan accordingly.
-A ring doorbell camera is located at the front door.
