Immaculate, Fully Renovated, 3Br/2Ba, Right on the Water

Beautiful and newly renovated ocean front, three bedroom, two bath condo (sleeps 8, no pets) with unobstructed ocean front views from the balcony off of the living room and the master bedroom. The Condo is only 150 steps from the beach in North Wildwood, NJ and looks out over a low sea wall that you can walk and run on.
We take our guests safety and peace of mind seriously. You should enjoy your vacation, not worry about becoming infected. First off there are only 60 units in our building most of which are used occasionally by owners and so the common areas are rarely occupied and never crowded. Cleaning practices have been escalated throughout the building and common areas are now cleaned every two hours. The pool is of course chlorinated and seating areas on the pool deck separated by reassuring distances. Within the unit itself, our professional cleaning team uses medical grade antiviral disinfectants and we are happy to reserve time between rentals without cost to you. Finally the sheets, towels, pillow cases, etc. that we provide are white and professionally laundered with bleach.
The master suite has a King size bed and in suite Carrara marble bath with an oversize air jet tub, an enormous separate shower and a double vanity. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the ocean. Electric blinds provide for privacy or a view at the touch of a button.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a double bed and a twin. There is a second bath that was also fully renovated in 2018 and serves the other bedrooms. The 2nd bath is fully tiled and has a large shower and a single vanity with all new fixtures.
All of the mattresses were replaced in 2018 along with the carpets. Most of the furnishings and window treatments are new (2018; 2019) and were selected carefully to create a space that is peaceful, comforting and welcoming. Our guests say repeatedly that when they enter our home they feel like they never want to leave!
The living room also opens to the balcony and has a full size sofa bed (new 2018). There are new (2019) electric silhouette blinds there as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances and there is a washer & dryer in the unit. The refrigerator/Freezer was replaced in 2019 and has an ice maker/filtered cold water dispenser. The unit is equipped with a continuous hot water heater so you never run out even when you use the jetted tub in the master.
All of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screens (4K smart 55" in the LR, 32" high def in the MBR and smaller versions in the other BR's. The unit has wireless internet. The residence is spacious enough for eight guests and has central air.
The front door of the unit is conveniently located on the same level as the gym, the pool and the hot tub. The pool is 3'6" deep so it's safe for kids but deep enough for adults. The unit has access to two parking spaces: One covered and designated and one open.
There are several bars, restaurants, smaller groceries etc., within a block or two of the condo, yet it remains quiet because of it's location in the building. The Boardwalk, amusement park and water park, are far enough away to avoid the hullabaloo and still close enough for you to easily get to the "action". For those who might find the walk too far, we provide a parking pass for you to use that allows you to park free at any metered space in Wildwood. So for anyone who wants to visit these areas or another beach, going to them is hassle free
