All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

The two fully equipped kitchens, open-concept living area, and dining space are all yours to enjoy. Step outside onto the large wraparound porch or utilize the provided beach gear, including beach tags, chairs, and coolers, for a day of fun in the sun. Parking is available for up to 5-6 vehicles off-street, with additional street parking available.

Nestled in the heart of North Wildwood, our home offers the perfect blend of seaside serenity and convenient access to local attractions. You're just a quick three-block stroll from the sun-kissed sands and sparkling waves of the beach. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within easy walking distance, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. The iconic Wildwood Boardwalk, with its amusement park rides, games, and vibrant nightlife, is a short drive or bike ride away. Explore unique local shops and boutiques for souvenirs or beach essentials. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of our neighborhood, where the charm of a classic beach town meets modern convenience.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Our North Wildwood home is conveniently located near several transportation options. While the area is walkable, you'll find bus stops within a few blocks, offering access to local routes. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Parking is a breeze with ample off-street parking available for up to 5-6 vehicles, plus plenty of free and metered street parking. Enjoy exploring the island and surrounding areas with ease!

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
