Perfect location!

I was so impressed with the easy check-in. I loved the condo, it was perfect. Everything I would need was included. My only complaint which is miner, the TV was a bit of a problem, but who watches TV when you have such spectacular views? I would recommend for no more than 3 people.

Nice basic place for a long weekend

Property listing is accurate. The place is definitely small and basic but met our needs for a long weekend near Provincetown. Given the size of the space, would not recommend for more than two people at a time. Additionally, given the limited kitchen/burner space, this is not a place I would recommend staying for longer term rental if you plan to cook often, but for a long weekend where you plan to eat most meals out it was totally adequate to make some eggs/toast for breakfast in the morning. Immediate restaurant options within walking distance are limited if you don't plan to go into P-Town, but on the other hand, it's very quiet in the area which makes for a relaxing place to crash after a day out. In general, the place was clean and in good repair, but there were a couple little items that could use some TLC (e.g. frame of one of the windows was splintering), and we could not get the small TV to turn on (not an issue for us as we spent most of our time at the beach or in town anyway). Great view from the deck where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and a glass of wine or beer in the evening, and it was really nice to have an uncrowded beach directly across the street. Access to the PTown shuttle bus was super easy, convenient and cheap vs. calling Ubers - you can get into town in about 12-15 minutes. Overall, great little spot for the price compared to similar rentals in PTown with easy access to town and nearby beaches. Would stay again for a long weekend near PTown.

Not exactly as advertised

The location is amazing. Easy access to beach, 10 min from P-town. The place is small but not a problem for two especially if you don't bring that much stuff. The microwave and coffee machine do work but we could not get one burner to come on at all and the other wouldn't get hot enough to do anything useful. Bring your own everything--coffee, salt and pepper, hand towel, bedsheets, you name it. Bring your own bar soap or body wash for the shower. Think of it like glamping but with a toilet and electricity.

Location!

View from the third floor was awesome! Needs new doors - screen door trashed and main door sticky. Mini split would decrease noise in such a small unit. Thanks for the real coffee maker!

Great place

Had a great stay! Great location, easy access to private beach. Very nice view from porch. Bus stop right in front of the building to get into town. Very responsive and helpful property manager on site. Overall had a nice time, perfect for the two of us. Would recommend

Good view but small and outdated

Great view but the apartment is very small and outdated. You have to bring your own linens, which I do not remember seeing in the listing. Also, check out is pretty early at 10 AM. I wish there was a sweeper in the apartment because the floors were dirty and so was the mat in the bathtub. It was a quiet location.

Great stay

The condo is on the top floor of a 3 story building right across from the water/beach. The view is spectacular. Great for 2 or 3 people. It was clean, well stocked and had great storage for a small space. Would definitely return.

We have stayed at the Pagodas previously and it was just as good as we remembered. The room was clean it’s very quiet place easy access to town and the beach. Plenty of easy parking. Great view of the bay and Provincetown while sitting out on the porch drinking a morning cup of coffee!

Excellent location

Very convenient location close to Provincetown and Cape Cod National Seashore. The bayside beach across the street was an additional attraction. Really enjoyed the view of the water from the deck. It was a bit tight for three adults but doable. The stovetop was pretty small. Only two burners, not really conducive to cooking a full on meal. But otherwise it was just what we needed.

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed the views and easy access to the beach. Location great for National Sea Shore and Provincetown.The bed and Futon were very comfortable. We loved the deck high top table. Space was tight for 3 adults. Also carrying luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs was tough . Did not see that in the listing. We would have loved a little information folder with information about things like the bus line, local markets, restaurants tv channels.
