Private and atmospheric, this is a place for mornings spent walking to the beach, afternoons of soaking up the sun on the deck, and evenings out and about in nearby Provincetown.

This quaint cottage is one of 10 in a tranquil community on the Outer Cape, one that spans just over five acres of the Truro Highlands. Both bay and ocean beaches are close by, with the bay a half-mile stroll to the west and Head of the Meadow Beach on the ocean two miles east. You can walk to one of the local restaurants in Truro or hop on the shuttle to Provincetown that stops near the end of the driveway.

Surrounded by pitch pine and coastal shrubs, this cottage offers a remarkably private setting for spending time outdoors. Bring your morning coffee out to the deck, listen to the sounds of the bay through the trees, and grab a swimsuit from the clothesline for a day at the beach. In the afternoon, rinse off in the outdoor shower (with hot water!), indulge in a nap in the hammock, and sit down for a sunset dinner at the picnic table.

Architect-designed to maximize its 300 square feet, the cottage features wonderful cross-ventilation, lofty ceilings, and a skylight that fills the space with sunshine. Enjoy a coastal kitchen where you can flip pancakes made with freshly picked blueberries, a dining table, and a sitting area with a cable TV. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is no AC, but there are four fans to circulate the sea breeze.
There is no washer/dryer.
Per the HOA, this is a no-smoking cottage and community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
