My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was incredibly clean and had two bedrooms with beautiful beachfront views. The location was perfect for the excursions we wanted to do, including Crystal Caves, the Botanical Gardens, and Kaibo, where we were picked up for our Stingray City and Bioluminescent Bay tours.My boys loved snorkeling right off the beach and saw so many fish...one of them even spotted a stingray!The only minor downside is that it’s far from Seven Mile Beach, but we knew that going in. We actually loved driving along the East End and also had friends staying in Bodden Town, so it was never an issue. Plus, it was much easier than dealing with traffic near Seven Mile Beach.This is a wonderful home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We loved our time here! Snorkeling right from shore was so fun! Nearby attractions were Rum Point, Starfish Point, Over the Edge Cafe, Kaibo Restaurant. The house was well furnished, comfortable beds, all kitchen tools you could need. Thankful for a wonderful family vacation here!

Our experience was fabulous from beginning to end. The booking was easy and communication was great - the directions on getting to the location were easy, the check in was seamless. Breathtakingly Beautiful.

This coastal retreat was nothing short of spectacular. Each morning began with the soothing sound of the Atlantic waves, and every evening ended with breathtaking views of the sunsets painting the sky. My husband, our 8-year-old son, and I spent 8 unforgettable days here. The home was so serene and beautifully designed (and spotless) we spent a few of those days simply lounging and unwinding without ever needing to leave. Our son practically lived in the pool. He only came out to eat and sleep. Then back to “cannonballing” in his own tropical oasis. It truly felt like our own private paradise. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Views

We loved the house and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed spending time relaxing at the pool and exploring the island from here. The house is awesome and just steps from the water and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the kayak and you could snorkel but it is rocky and not the sandy beach like 7 mile beach so you may need to wear shoes. We did go to 7 mile beach one day for a more swimmable beach area but that was only about 45 minutes away. This location is perfect for a more quiet atmosphere. There were enough places close for dinner options as well. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Warm & peaceful

We were 2 families visiting for the 1st time - the home was well stocked and beautful . We enjoyed the quiet beach and canoes . The pool was cool lit up at night by lights . We had plenty of room and everything was super clean . You need a car as walking or bikes are not an option based on the house location .the freezer was not producing ice and we could not get it to open . That was the only fault of our stay .We would reccomend this house for families that enjoy some quiet time & a beautiful home . The games were also a huge memory making time .

Wonderful spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were looking for a place to disconnect and relax. This place certainly delivered. The overall property is gorgeous. Very well maintained and clear pride in ownership. We were very happy with the North Shore. We had contemplated going to 7 mile, but we were very happy we did not. Very different vibe on that side of the island and not at all what we were looking for for this trip. We would recommend.

Nice Home, But Inconvenient

This was a nice home to stay in, It was pretty clean and had everything we needed. It is out of the way (30min. from most activities), but that can be a good thing too. The beach was nice (rocky and sandy) and the snorkeling right out of the back door was nice. No major complaints, we would just stay a little closer to town as a personal preference next time if we are with our family.

Amazing!

What a beautiful home, property, and beach! The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make drinks to cooking and grilling meals. The snorkeling was great right off the beach! The pool was wonderful! Definitely recommend this property for vacationing.

Great relaxing getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at Villa Esprit. It was very relaxing and had amazing views. The house was just as it looked in the photos. We absolutly loved our stay. Pros: Private location Great kitchen with everything you need Sunrise in the morning was beautiful Morning coffee and views from the living room/dining room, kitchen, bedroom just perfect Cons: Far drive from most attractions - good dining, seven mile beach, shopping etc is about 45-55 min drive Beach by the house - this was nice to look at but not ideal for swimming. The coral was challenging to get in and the snorkeling wasnt great - not a ton to see. It could of just been when we stayed This side of the island was very windy compared to the other side of the island. All in all the house was great - we got massages that came to us! Very nice to relax and recharge! The host was amazing and very responsive!

Villa Esprit is every bit as good as the photos suggest. A beautiful home in a beautiful location with all the amenities one could want. Don's miss out on using the snorkeling gear to explore the reef just off shore!

Slice of heaven!!!

This property did not disappoint. There is not a bad place to be while here. Huge windows and direct visibility of the ocean at all times makes it a gem. Snorkeling straight out from the house and an easy drive to several great restaurants and locations. We will be back!

We had a great stay. Kayaks, boogie boards and lots of board games available. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Bring water shoes the beach is rocky. Also get groceries from Fosters by the airport. Dont forget to hit the Tuka bar restaurant the fish tacos are wonderful.

Peaceful paradise!!

Loved our stay at Villa Espirit! We chose to stay on the quiet side of the island and so glad we did! The house was amazing and just as pictured! Highly recommend snorkeling right off the beach! Had a great time visiting the local restaurants and rum point. Mitzie was incredibly responsive and helpful! We will be back!!!

Great house for 5 ladies to have a family reunion.

This property was excellent. They provided everything we needed to have a fabulous time in paradise. This house is situated on the quiet side of the island and it was perfect for us. There is a small grocery store, right down the road. This was very convenient for our group. There is also a good number of good restaurants, that aren’t a far drive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
