Accommodation:

The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment. It also includes a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a set of twin bunk beds, making it ideal for accommodating two children or two individuals sharing a room.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a half bath off the main living area, providing added convenience. A den/office space completes the layout of Sunnyhill Cottage.



Fully Equipped for large families:

Designed to accommodate large families or multiple small families travelling together, the main living area features a fully equipped modern kitchen and a comfortable living room, creating an ideal space for socialising and spending quality time together. Central air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the cottage, while WiFi keeps guests connected during their stay. Flat-screen smart TVs with Netflix and Apple TV capabilities are available in the living room and the master bedroom, offering a range of entertainment options.

Inclusions:

• Bus Service: A convenient 5-minute walk to the main road, North Side Road (also known as Old Robin Road in some sections), which is the main road nearby where public buses pass more frequently.



Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Foster's and Shopright Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Chisholm’s Grocery in Northside is around 15 minutes drive.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
