Welcome to Holiday House, a newly-built luxury home directly located above the idyllic pink sand beaches of Eleuthera. Surrounded by the Atlantic, you will enjoy expansive beach and ocean views and the sounds of the sea from the moment that you step foot inside Holiday House’s courtyard.

Holiday House sits on a gently sloping hill above Barefoot Beach, which is completely private, with the exception of a handful of the neighboring cottages. Because there is no public access to Barefoot Beach, you will often have the entire cove to yourself. A beautiful coral reef that is perfect for snorkeling sits right off shore, and at low tide, you can walk down the beach for miles.

Upon stepping through the doors of Holiday House, you will be welcomed into the barrel ceilinged foyer, equipped with a built-in bar with a refrigerator, icemaker, and bar accessories. The foyer leads into the great room with an expansive, 17-foot vaulted cathedral ceiling. From this room, there are sweeping, uninterrupted views of the ocean. In the great room you will find a dining table that seats eight and comfortable seating area with a large Smart TV outfitted with DIRECTV. The home is equipped with Sonos sound system, WiFi, split system ACs throughout, a back-up generator, back-up water supply, a filtered water system throughout, safes in all bedroom closets, books, games, and puzzles, and much more!

Stepping out of the great room, you will find yourself on a large covered porch that is furnished with a sectional sofa for gathering and lounging and an additional dining table for meals al fresco. The covered porch flows seamlessly into the pool deck with ample seating and a large heated pool that was designed to enjoy the picturesque views of the Atlantic. (There is a pool heating fee of $400 per week for guests wishing to have the pool heated.)

Inside the gourmet kitchen, you will find an expansive nine-foot quartz island with counter stools for gathering, stainless steel appliances, four- burner gas range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and ample kitchen appliances.

Holiday House has four bedrooms with queen size beds, ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms is set in a separate corner of the house for maximum privacy. The two Atlantic-side bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean and direct access to the pool deck through sliding doors and Smart TV’s, while the two garden view bedrooms offer a relaxing escape and gorgeous views of the gardens.

The Master Bedroom has en suite bath with two vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The other three en suite bathrooms have walk in showers. Every bathroom has a hair dryer.

To keep you comfortable during your stay, the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, and there are two outdoor showers— one located by the pool and one adjacent to the Master Bedroom. Additionally, there are two grills on the property, both are on the patio near the entrance of the home. One is a Kamodo Joe and the other is a gas grill. We have two sea kayaks as well, beach chairs and beach towels.

We live on island, only about 7 minutes drive from Holiday House. We are professional property managers and always available to assist should you need us, but do like to give our guests the privacy they deserve on holiday.
