We stayed at the Carlisle and it was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, loved the linens already on the beds and the beds were comfortable. They had labels in the kitchen and blinds that were so helpful. The furniture was very comfortable and it was a great house and location. It would be a good house for a large group to enjoy. The elevator is always a plus in a large house and we used it. The only thing that was a problem was our hot water kept kicking off when we used the dishwasher. Otherwise, it was a fantastic few days and I look forward to returning.

The house is wonderful. Perfect location, very large and well laid out. Love the labeled drawers/cabinets so you can find things. Some issues with broken items (AC on 2nd floor fixed right away,  Pool was perfect for us and regularly checked. The house was so nice that this will not stop us from trying to stay again next year.

Great location! We checked in and the house was clean and beds made (our last rental made us get linens from a bag and make our own beds). Kitchen was well equipped and organized (every drawer and cabinet labeled, which made finding items very simple). Overall, house and furniture were in good condition. We all agreed this was the nicest house we've rented so far. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We will be booking this house for next year's family vacation!

Finally a place that worked for us!!

Having an adult child with special needs and wheelchair bound we always struggle to find a home that both works for him and us. This house was perfect it was roomy for him and is easy access to the beach with a beach wheelchair and showers big enough for him to. If I had anything negative to say it would be the water pressure but that’s normal in rentals so not a deal breaker!! Already looking at this house again for next trip!!

We had a great time the house was large enough for our family to relax and have fun, however we did have some issues with hot water and other minor issues but all was resolved the staff was very helpful in getting the issues resolved quickly! The home decor and furnishing was beautiful, however I would suggest the home owner invest in a better mattress for the primary suite. Overall Elliot Beach Rentals has the best ocean front beach houses!!

We rented this oceanfront house for family and relatives to attend a wedding. A disabled family member appreciated the elevator and handicap accessible shower. The setting was beautiful, and the pool and hot tub added to our enjoyment of the ocean and beach. The house was large enough to sleep our entire group and it was great to have a second (top floor) family room with tvs and a pool table. We thoroughly enjoyed the large porches that faced the ocean. A couple of small issues that came up were handled quickly by Elliott Realty and the owner. I can highly recommend a stay at this property.

We had a great experience renting The Carlisle from Elliott Beach Rentals! The house was perfect for our large family of all ages! We liked having the large family room areas to hang out in. The bedrooms were spacious and had the right configurations for us. We don't eat out a lot on vacation and the kitchen was perfect for our needs; all the equipment and accessories we needed and it was really well organized. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the easy beach access. Any minor issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently with a phone call. We'll be back!
