This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, ocean view condo that can accommodate a total of 10 with 1 king in the master, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, & 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen, TV's in all bedrooms & living room, and in-unit washer & dryer.

Mar Vista Grande is conveniently located at 603 South Ocean Blvd. in North Myrtle Beach. The charm and serenity of this vacation destination is incomparable. We have stayed at Mar Vista several times and have always enjoyed the location and condos/amenities. North Beach was easy to work with and we would book again. We loved loved the table outside on the balcony to eat on.

This unit is in need of new everything! New sofa, new beds, and new outdoor seating. We covered the sofa in towels to just feel comfortable sitting on such a stained, dirty sofa. We moved most of the outdoor sitting into the corner to keep anyone from getting hurt on the rusted fractured footings. The outdoor table was covered in ants upon arrival due to something sticky being left behind along with crumbs. The outdoor seat cushions are all stain covered. The beds were all uncomfortable with the back bedroom beds actually appearing sloped. The main bedroom box spring is non existent. The bedspreads and blankets appear thin, old and past their expiration date. The kitchen is also in need of repair. The refrigerator makes a horrible helicopter type sound, the pots and pans appear old, stained, heavily used and put away dirty. The dining room table chairs (brown velvet cushioning) are also all stained. There is no vacuum in the unit, one broom and no dustpan. We purchased cleaning supplies while there and did the best we could to make it livable for a few days. I did report issues with North Myrtle Beach Rental and was told they "would let housekeeping know."Also beware of elevator doors in this building. They close super fast and do not seem to sense anything in the way. The pools, beach and tiki bar saved the vacation!

Very disappointed

The couch was covered in stains. The walls were dusty. The chairs on the deck were so rusted on the legs that my daughter sliced her foot open on one. You can see the ocean from the deck but it's not "ocean front" as advertised. Supposed to have 4 queen beds and a king. It had a king, 1 queen, and 3 double beds. When I mentioned the beds to the office, I was told "no one else has ever complained". 2 of the beds were so worn out that they appeared broke. My daughter rolled off the bed in the middle of the night because it was leaning so far to one side. The bedroom balcony door took a grown man's strength to open. The only good thing was the location. My family and I were highly disappointed.
