Ce 6 chambres spacieuses, 4 salles de bains, 2e rangĂ©e, 2 Ă©tages condo est situĂ© dans la section Grove Cherry North Myrtle Beach. Cette grande unitĂ© peut accueillir un total de 15 invitĂ©s avec 3 rois, 1 reine, 1 complĂšte, 3 jumeaux et un canapĂ©-lit queen size. Suivre Pier II propose une connexion Internet sans fil, accĂšs par ascenseur et une piscine extĂ©rieure commune. UnitĂ© 302 a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© en AoĂ»t 2014 et a son propre laveuse et sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©, TV Ă  Ă©cran plat dans toutes les chambres et salon, et 2 balcon privĂ© donnant sur le marais. Cette unitĂ© possĂšde Ă©galement une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e afin de prĂ©parer les repas pour les grands groupes est un jeu d'enfant. Suivre Pier II a tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances Ă  la plage parfaite! Cette retraite confortablement et spacieux peut accueillir de grands groupes et est remarquablement proche de la plage et du quai de pĂȘche de Cherry Grove, qui dispose d'un restaurant et bar. Il n'y a que 3 places de stationnement par unitĂ©. Piscine est ouvert en saison (habituellement Ă  la mi-mai Ă  mi-Septembre), mais pourrait varier.

Great vacation

Loved the condo. Was just as described and clean. Spacious enough so we weren’t crowded, but not too big. Easy access to ocean and beach. Appreciated the elevator to load and unload. Would stay again!

Great vacation stay!

My family and I had a wonderful week at the condo. Great space with lots of beds and seating for all. Really short walk to the beach. AC worked great which was good in the heat! The dryer was a bit slow to dry our clothes just an FYI.

The condo is very nice. We had everything we needed except we were told there was a Keurig on premise and when we got there we couldn’t find one. As soon as I called the RE company a Keurig was brought over. We also had an issue with light bulbs and the laundry room light but all was fixed by Monday. The cleaning left a little to be desired but we were also compensated for that as well. Overall it was a good experience and we would consider renting again.

Family trip

While the condo had everything that was advertised, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. There was sand all over the kitchen and entryway floors, sand in two of the beds and food on the floor left from prior guests. I contacted the management company and was told that they would come back and clean the next morning, however we were given a time of arrival and they did not show up until much later. I had small children that were napping so they left me extra sheets and we cleaned the rest ourselves. We also could not initially get in the condo because the code they gave us didn’t work and it took me about 30 minutes to get someone in the phone that could help. While my cleaning fees were returned to me, I would have much rather had a clean condo to stay in

Family Vacation

Our stay was great. Everything about the stay was enjoyable. The only problem we had the microwave went out but I called the rental company and their service tech came out and put a new microwave in. He was very professional and our family really appreciated how fast he installed microwave. This property was just a short walk to the beach. Grand kids also enjoyed the pool. We had 6 adults and 6 grandkids and the bedrooms worked out great for our family. I give this owner a A+. This property is well taken care of.

Nice place in Cherry Grove

It was great. Had a nice time. Had a couple of issues the management company took care of. Pool not that clean but great location. Furnished nicely. Could have used a hand mixer in kitchen. Needed a trash can in master bathroom which rental company brought to us when we asked for it. Grilling facility not that convenient. It was across street. Overall a great vacation spot.

Good Overall

The unit was very nice inside. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The kitchen and living area was dirty when we first arrived. However, the property manager was very helpful and sent a cleaning crew back over to clean very promptly. This wasn’t her fault. I found communication with her to be excellent.

Our stay was OK, not great. the property is somewhat dated. It could use a through cleaning and updating. While advertised as a large condo it is relatively small for a 6 bedroom unit. Thanks goodness we only had 8 people. Would have been very crowded if a the max capacity of 13. Also, the last night of our stay the fire alarm in the building went off about 11pm. Everyone in the building waited outside for10-15 min but no fire department response. We then called 911 to report the fire alarms were blaring continuously for that time. The fire department had no idea there was an alarm situation in the building until our call. They then arrived promptly and fixed....it was an defect in the main alarm box. Most alarming to us is that in a large building like this with about 20 units the building fire alarm system is not tied directly to the fire department. I question if this meets code.

Affordable Stay - Good Location - Some Cons

We booked late in the year and didn’t have a lot of options for our group size and this property looked like a good fit. It had the bed and bath ratio we needed, it was second row so the location seemed good, and the price was affordable. Overall, the accommodations were nice and updated; the beds were comfortable for each of our guests; and the three parking passes under shelter were also helpful.
