Our beautiful beach home features all the bells and whistles as well as a central location that is second to none.



Our Condo:



Natural lighting and two separate outdoor spaces give our home a great coastal vibe. There is a patio out front with seating for four as well as a LAKEFRONT patio with seating and private access from both bedrooms.Coupled with the open floor plan and thoughtful décor, this is a great home for both families and couples.



The kitchen comes fully stocked and overlooks the living area which features a large flat screen TV and also DVD player. There is free wireless Internet (wifi) in the condo as well for your enjoyment.



Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, and full bathrooms. The bedding arrangement in the condo is 1 queen in the primary, 1 queen and 1 twin in the second bedroom, thus allowing our home to accommodate up to 5 people comfortably.



On-Site Amenities and Location:



Our condo is 5B in Shorehaven II and is at the front of the complex. There is a beach access right by Shorehaven II and it takes just a few seconds walk to get there, which is quite convenient. There is also a large pool deck in Shorehaven and it features a large swimming pool, hot tub, bathrooms and outdoor shower, and plenty of lounge chairs and tables. A landscaped grill area right by the pool is a great setting for a lazy lunch or dinner get-together.



Our home is a true gem because it offers peace and quiet while still being a stone`s throw to the beach and close to lots of shopping, dining and attractions nearby. These include hundreds of restaurants from casual to fine dining, shopping galore (Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, the Myrtle Beach Mall, just to name of few), and countless attractions from water activities to golf to concerts/theater and everything in between.



We also have a wide variety of other beach homes and condos in North Myrtle Beach available on VRBO.



SHOREHAVEN II



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy direct beach access from Ocean Blvd. (1/2 block away) as well as have full access to the villa and on-site amenities.



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am, No exceptions.

*This unit is located on the 1st floor, with a four step landing.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Washer/Dryer on site.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking spaces provided

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Top location lakefront at Shorehaven II and just 1/2 block to the beach! Our villa is in the heart of North Myrtle Beach and close to the area`s best shopping, dining, and entertainment including Main Street!



Other Things to Note:

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules



Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.



1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
