Golf carts, commercial vehicles, and trailers are not allowed in the Coastal Dunes parking area.

The parking area can be difficult to access with small cars due to the steepness of the sloped entrance.

This Condo is located around 9th Ave S in North Myrtle Beach.

You'll find the beaches to be less crowded due to this area having more homes and small condos.

You'll be about a 3-5 minute drive from Main St which has some of great shops, restaurants, arcades, and seasonal music performances.

Parking is located in the parking garage.

A code will be provided during check-in for the smart lock.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

R. U. N. AWAY!!!

Upon arrival, neither of my two vehicles could access the entrance and parking area. We had to park our vehicles for the first night in the neighboring lot, to which this morning both vehicles had warning stickers on them. We had to carry our luggage to our condo in the road. We have 4 children with who had also had to walk in the road to cross from North Shore Villas to take belongings to the rented Coastal Dunes. I drove to the Main Office and was on a phone call with "Ed" who stated a short term solve would be to go to Best Western and get parking passes to park at one of their lots so our vehicles wouldn't get towed. The location stated by Best Western to park is on 16th Street which is still close to a mile from our condo. I had to park my vehicle to walk to North Shore Villas to retrieve my wife's vehicle to park and walk yet close to another mile (x2) back to the condo. My family were on the beach without me for hours as this was happening. On a phone call after finding out my vehicles could not enter the residence, I stated a compromise could be to get a golf cart for transportation and to access my vehicles easier. Which at the time seemed fine with everyone. I woke up to an email from A-Jax rentals stating Costal Dunes does not allow golf carts on property. I emailed multiple times without an answer and after being stuck in one place for days without help and relying on Door Dash, we packed and left early. No communication, no compromising! HORRIBLE!!

Double Booking

I have no comment on this place because when I showed up I couldn't get into the room. When checking my phone I received a text, and phone calls sayin the room has been double booked and not to enter the room. So here it is 6:30PM and after traveling to Myrtle I have no place to stay. Host tried having VRBO send me places to stay. That was a bust since no place would take me in that day or the next day. So i was now out of a room for 2 days. No one from VRBO or host was helpful at all rectifying the matter. There option was stay in a hotel untl a room opens up in 2 days. I didnt drive to Myrtle to sit in a hotel and hoipe for the best. I took upon myself to find a room and area similar on AIR B&B and of course since it was last minute it cost me a lot more than my original price. I was told VRBO would compensate a $2000.00 cost for the matter, but have not seen anything from this. Then the host didn't refund me until I called and said you took my money not VRBO please refund me now for the room. Terrible experience and disappointed with the way it was handled by all parties.
