Rafraichissement nécessaire - Emplacement intéressant!

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu Ă  notre arrivĂ©e car il y avait une odeur de cigarettes, le plancher semblait ne pas avoir Ă©tĂ© lavĂ© depuis un certain temps (nous avons dĂ» le laver) et la propretĂ© des lieux ainsi que l’état des tapis ne correspondaient pas du tout Ă  ce que l’on aurait pu s’attendre Ă  partir des photos apparaissant sur Vrbo. Ces photos devaient dater de plusieurs annĂ©es. Le condo aurait besoin d’un bon rafraichissement (peinture, set de patio, recouvrement des chaise et bancs dans la cuisine). Piscine non chauffĂ©e. Points positifs : * les Ă©lectromĂ©nagers (rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle et micro ondes) sont en excellente Ă©tat; * l’emplacement est vraiment bien car c’est prĂšs des Ă©piceries, restaurants et golf et la vue sur la mer est super; * le patio est d’une belle dimension.

I was so impressed with the condo. It was fully stocked with all sorts of very useful kitchen gadgets including a crockpot which I put to great use to feed my family healthy meals rather than takeout for most of our stay. This was the first rental to ever offer a crockpot and I was so grateful!! View was great! Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Perfect proximity to grocery stores and ice cream shops. Quiet neighborhood. Best rental experience we have ever had!

The condo was comfortable and clean. One mile from Walmart so easy to get any necessary items. Bed was comfortable. Great view of the beach. Quiet building, peaceful sitting out on the balcony. Pool was clean an refreshing. Felt very safe in the building with passcode for elevators and stairwells.

Would definitely recommend staying at this location! Very clean, comfy beds, beautiful view from the balcony, easy access to the pool and private walk to the beach. Walking distance to shops. The provided shopping carts were an unexpected hit when getting groceries up to the room. We enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in Tidemaster previously in a more taken care of unit. This unit was lacking in attention compared to The previous unit. Definitely could use some fresh paint and updating. Balcony could use a nice pressure washing. We did get the balcony door repaired as it wouldn’t lock. Fixed within a couple hours . Everything was wonderful. Any support I needed was provided in a courteous, professional, and timely matter. The location is convenient to quiet beach time and lively entertainment by the Carolina Shag Dancers at the OD Pavillion. The pool was clean and perfect I’m so thankful I had this time at the beach.

A very well stocked kitchen with 2 coffee makers. The King size bed was real comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The living room were a bit old and the outdoor patio furnishings had a lot of rust on the chairs and table.

This place is awesome family friendly short distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The owner is awesome this is our second year staying at this condo and it’s been a good vacation every year. The owners are quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Nice condo but disappointing management

The condo was cute, and the location was great. However, when we arrived there were no towels provided and the television in the living room was not working. I immediately reached out to property management via email since their office was already closed and email was their preferred method of communication to let them know about the problems. They stated towels were usually on the bed and after letting them know I had checked everywhere, someone knocked on our door after 9:00 p.m. and handed me a trash bag with towels and a "welcome" bag. They also wished us a great vacation but no apology. I again emailed property management to let them know towels were delivered. The following morning, I received an email stating they were reaching out to maintenance about the tv and after I asked, was told it would be afternoon, but we could still go out because maintenance had the code to get into the condo. At 7:00 p.m. I emailed them to let them know no one had shown up and the tv was still not working. Within 30 minutes I received a text from someone who offered to walk me through fixing the tv (via text) and. I was able to get it working (apparently the cable box needed to be unplugged and reset) and the person ended with "You have my number if you need me to come by tomorrow". On Sunday I received a phone call from property management offering an extra two hours for check out, but we needed to be traveling prior to that. Now they are asking for a 5-star rating!!!!

This is exactly what we expected

The pictures are exact to the condo. There was plenty enough room for our whole family great view of the ocean, the hostess/property owners were very responsive with any questions or problems. Would definitely highly recommend staying here for the price and the location and the view you can’t beat it.

Amazing view, nice place!

We found this rental to be just like the photos and description. Well laid out floor plan with room for 6 if needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the place was clean, and the king sized bed was comfortable. The large balcony was offset from others for privacy and it has a beautiful view, with room for a table for 4 and still room for more. The parking lot across the street had plenty of room.

Trust the reviews about cleanliness

Walk in smells clean, beds are made, towels on all the beds. Go into the bathroom find a bath mat soaked and covered in sand. Sand in the tub, red slime on the shower head, and vanity had toothpaste stains down the front of it. Living room sand all over the couch, and foot rests. The rail for the top bunk was missing, eventually found broken in a closet. Start sending photos of what we are seeing/experiencing. Looked at the linens we were left, you could see through one wash cloth and another it looked like someone had wiped something up with it or someone. We went that night and purchased new towels.All sheets were placed in the dryer for good measure. Noticed when the dryer was on the condo got a little humid. Come to find out the dryer was venting into the condo and all the lint was getting sucked into the air filter. Speaking through the app manger said housekeeping and maintenance would be over the following day. Maintenance was awesome, got new filter put in and said that he would order the part for the dryer. House keeping NEVER SHOWED. Talked to the manger again, house keeping will be there, I told them not to bother because at that point I had already had to clean up AND PURCHASE new towels for my family. Of things couldn’t get worse, I jump in the shower the following day and find the shower curtain with mold and red slime! Asked for that to get changed that day.Long story short, the cleanliness was never addressed because they never showed up. Never offered refund
