The bedroom includes a queen bed, fresh linens, a Smart TV, and convenient access to the full bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, making the condo a great fit for a couple, solo traveler, or small family.

Sunrise at Seafarer is located in the desirable Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, close to Barefoot Landing, Main Street, restaurants, shopping, golf, live music, and family-friendly attractions. You can enjoy a quieter oceanfront stay while still being minutes from the fun.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Minimum renter age is 25. The guest age 25 or older must stay on the property for the full reservation.
This is a third-floor condo with no elevator. The stairs are worth it for the view, but please plan accordingly.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the balcony, or on property grounds.
No pets allowed.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
Pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, but availability may vary due to weather, maintenance, or HOA decisions.
Two parking passes are provided. Parking is first come, first served.
No motorcycles, golf carts, boats, RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed per HOA rules.
Daily housekeeping is not provided.
A starter supply of basic items is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies during their stay.
Check-in information will be sent before arrival.
