THE CONDO
Welcome to your premier beachfront escape in North Myrtle Beach! This beautiful one-bedroom oceanfront condo at the Beach Cove Resort comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Bright, modern space with a comfortable turquoise sofa sleeper and direct access to the balcony.

**Private Balcony:**

**Bedroom:**
Features two plush Queen beds for a restful night`s sleep.

A full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and a double vanity. We provide a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
**Resort Wristbands:**
Upon check-in, you will receive resort wristbands. These must be worn at all times on the property to access the pools and other amenities.

**Starter Supplies:**
We provide a starter supply of linens, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. For extended stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Housekeeping services can be arranged for a fee.

**Beach Gear:**
Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included but are available for rent seasonally. Please see the on-duty lifeguards to book them.

**Rental Agreement:**
You must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and replaces a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
