Welcome to 'The Landing' at Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club! Located within steps to the ocean and amazing views of the sunrise every single morning. 'The Landing' is a very comfortable spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath ocean front condo with 2 balconies, fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, free to use beach supplies, and free to use children supplies (pack and play, stroller, high chair). The condo is located within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. Quick access to golf!

The space
Uninterrupted views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from 2 balconies. 'The Landing' sleeps up to 9 people with 5 different beds to choose from. Comfortable and newer furniture through out the condo.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo including washer and dryer except the owners closet.

Onsite amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 2 kiddie pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts and BBQ areas. Free wifi, access to popular streaming apps on all TVs (use your own login), free parking (2 parking passes), and elevators. There is a $25 fee per pool bracelet that is not accounted for when checking out.

Check in is contact less and easy with keyless entry, info is sent to you digitally.

Pro’s: location to the beach and local attractions as well as easy check-in/check-out. Host was very responsive. Con’s: the condo building as a whole is very out dated, the condo (and furniture) needs repair/updating, and neighboring tenants continuously smoked marijuana on their balcony. The parking is also very limited for larger vehicles. The host should also inspect the facility for cleanliness and pests. General cleaning around baseboards, sliding doors, and in cabinets was lacking.

The only way I would stay in this unit again is if they toss the furniture out the door, paint the interior and perform a serious deep cleaning. This unit is in need of refurbishing and it was NOT clean. We had to clean before we unpacked. Great location though!

Disappointment

This was our second stay at this property. Last year, everything was fabulous but this year not so much. The condo seems to be taking a beating from renters. Also, the cleanliness of the condo leaves much to be desired. There was an old fingernail and trash left in the condo and on the floors. The linens smelled of smoke from cigarettes. The dining room table was missing a chair and the remaining chairs were extremely wobbly. The silverware drawer was damaged and barely holding on. The walls in the second bedroom seemed to have some type of bodily fluid on the walls as well as the sheets. The ceiling is caving in in one corner of the kitchen and ants were on the countertop and trailing up the wall. My wife spent much of the first day buying supplies and cleaning the condo. There was a lot more and all of this was reported to the owner who said that they were sorry. I sent pictures to the owner so hopefully things will begin to look better soon. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful but the condo definitely needs some TLC. We truly wished the stay could have been as good as last year.

This condo was very nice, and had amazing views of the beach. We enjoyed everything about it. The host was easy to talk to and very kind. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. We’ll definitely be booking again for the summer!

Great Beach Location

The Landing provides easy access to the beach and the views from the balconies are the best. We spotted dolphins on two mornings. The kitchen was fully equipped and all towels and sheets were provided. Check in and check out were very easy. Communication with the owner was easy and he replied promptly! The location was perfect for events related to a family wedding in North Myrtle Beach! The Landing was perfect for us!

Amazing location!

Very pleased with our stay! Right on the beach and close to Main St. would stay here again! Only problem was it could have been a little cleaner. Mold in master shower and hair on kitchen counter. But overall a very nice overnight stay! Loved being right on the ocean!

Love the view!

While we had a few maintenance type things pop up, we could not have asked for a better location and ocean view! Kitchen has the basics that allowed for us to cook family size meals. Bathrooms were decent, but would have liked more spare TP for the amount of people we had. No worries. We brought extra! Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Location to beach and shops was top notch. Will definitely be back!

Great location, great communication!

Although, we experienced a few minor issues, this property is still amazing. The communication with the host could not have been better. The location is also great! The condo is 5 minutes or less from two beachside tiki bars. Very clean and the best view on the beach! We may be back next year!
