PropriĂ©tĂ© fantastique, avec toutes les commoditĂ©s que vous recherchez dans une propriĂ©tĂ© en bord de mer ... Profitez de la vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis votre balcon privĂ© dotĂ© d'une grande table et de 4 chaises pour vous offrir le meilleur repas en bord de mer! L'Ă©tablissement dispose de 3 piscines, dont une piscine extĂ©rieure en bord de mer, d'une riviĂšre paresseuse en bord de mer et d'un immense bain Ă  remous en bord de mer. L'Ă©tablissement dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble. L'unitĂ© dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Chaque chambre a sa propre tĂ©lĂ©vision et il y a une tïżœïżœlĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 32 pouces dans le salon.

Il est situé dans la section Ocean Drive de North Myrtle Beach à 501 South Ocean Blvd. Ocean Drive est connue comme la capitale Shag (SC de la danse de l'Etat) qui a pris naissance en OD dans les années 50 et est dansé sur la musique de plage locale. musique plage et du Shag est toujours dansé dans les clubs de plage situés à quelques pas de la rue Main. La rue principale est un mélange de boutiques uniques, des restaurants, des boutiques de la crÚme glacée et des boutiques plage ware tous situés dans l'aura trÚs pittoresque de Ocean Drive. Au cours des derniÚres années, ils ont tout simplement ré-ouvert la OD Pavillion et parc d'attractions. Il est le seul parc d'attractions en bord de mer dans la région. Verandas #305

Room Dirty and very dated. Linens not clean pillow cases had slobber stains had to be washed. Other pillows had no cases on them took 2 days and 3 phone calls to get pillow cases. Toaster was already broke. No coffee pot. Told management but had to go buy toaster and coffer pot myself. Toilet ran all tge tine and was extremely loud. Door didn't lock right and would stick to open. Pool gates were broke every day. Only one elevator would work.

Great Location and nice accommodations

Property was as advertised. The only disappointment was that the listing said there was a workout/fitness room and we were not successful in actually finding it. Other than that the property was well located, the condo was clean and seemed well maintained. Beds were comfortable as well. Elevators were on the blink a couple times but no real impact to our stay.

Easy process with check in. Wish we had 3 keys instead of 2 bc we had 6 adults Would say though the property needs a paint job in the hallways. Not a good first impression however the condo itself was in good condition. Perhaps HOA needs to get their act together

Was a nice and clean room. Cons: the couch was not a pull out couch as it said in the description. The pool area is locked at 10 pm so if you are out past that time you have to get in another way and have no way to wash your feet off. Our cooler also was stolen from outside our door.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo’s location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and ease of parking! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

This was our first condo experience . The condo it's self was great, Clean, enough space for a family of 5. beach access was right down stairs and you were close to major roads to get around. dealing with management company was easy with no issues

Has it all !

Great location ! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and night life. View of beach is awesome ! Was a little loud with college students for two nights but if I was thier age again I would have been out on the beach with them ! Would recommend this as a great oceanfront rental. The heated pool, lazy river and hot tub were great !

Fabulous place!

Wonderfully spacious condo! Gorgeous view of the ocean from huge balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. We hope to stay here again!

My family of 7 really enjoyed this unit. The view of the ocean and with outdoor seating was amazing. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for my large family when getting ready to go out. Overall, the unit description is very accurate and I was pleased with our week stay there.

Awesome Location and View

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. we were not just ocean front, WE WERE OCEAN FRONT! Had great views of the ocean, could sit outside and enjoy meals with best view of the ocean beaches. Such easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. We loved our stay here and would love to do so again.

Perfect view

The unit was clean and well stocked for everything we needed from linens to pots and pans. The view from this 3rd floor ocean front unit was perfect. The parking garage, elevators, hallways and pool area were always clean. The pool area had plenty of chairs. The little boardwalk to the beach with hoses to spray off after the beach was nice. It does have a pretty steep ramp on both ends that if you were pulling a wagon, beach cart of pushing a stroller would take a bit of effort. Staff was at the pool nightly to remind of it's closing and to get everything cleaned. They were then back again in the morning cleaning again before opening the pool area. Only draw back is since you walk thru the pool area to the boardwalk path to get to the beach, once the pool close at 9pm you had to walk out of the parking garage down the sidewalk a bit to access the beach or return to your unit before 9 am or after 9pm. Not a big deal for us, but might be an issue for others. The internet connection was not good at all. I did have do some work and had some difficulty with connection, and in the evening or while taking breaks trying to watch Netflix was a bit of a challenge. We had to continue to reset the router often having to unplug it for a few minutes at a time to get it to connect again. Not a huge deal, and perhaps not even noticed by some but with me having to do some work while on this trip it was annoying. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the large tub nice as well as the his/her sinks. It was nice having 3 full bathrooms to go along with the 3 bedrooms. It would be great if this was a keyless unit. I hate having to keep track of keys and tote a key to the pool and beach. All in all we had a wonderful trip and I would stay in this unit again.

Great place!!

We had an awesome experience with our stay. Definitely plan on going back again next year. We had 6 adults and young 2 kids and had more than enough room for all of us to comfortably be there all together for a wk. I havnt been this pleased in a long time with the place we chose to spend our vacation!!

Advertisement of tv in every bedroom and free WiFi however no password is provided and when I called to obtain a password, no one knew what it was. Frustrating since some of us could not use our phones since there was no WiFi and data issues. Coffee pot didn’t work so again we had to go out to get coffee every morning. Advertisement of things to bring is not near as long as it should be. Added to no beach towels should be toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap. Dishwasher would not come on, kept blinking and never started. Overall, clean place, just really need that WiFi Info in the check in packet or on the app. More info other than free WiFi since there are over 20 internet providers listed
