END of AUG SPECIAL!! New Ocean Front Home!This new construction, luxury beach home has unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean & direct access to the beach. It comes with 7.5 bedrooms 5.5 baths and 16 beds-spacious enough to sleep large guest counts. The backyard boasts a large pool/spa, outdoor kitchen/grill + TV & pool lounge chairs! The home is equipped w/stainless steel kitchen appliances, all the cooking utensils you would need, 2 living rooms, fireplace and multiple decks w/unobstructed ocean views that will take your breath away! We are also close to many hot spots in the North Myrtle Beach/Myrtle Beach area: 2 miles to Barefoot Landing, minutes to many restaurants/shops & 20 minutes to the heart of Myrtle Beach where many rides/attractions are.

Here is a breakdown of bedrooms by floor:

Floor 1:
Bedroom #1: 2 Queen beds + TV + full bathroom + twin cot in closet + 2 air mattresses
Bedroom #2: this is a hybrid room with a washer/dryer + day bed that has 2 twin beds

Floor 2:

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 20 guys that came down for a golf trip. Plenty of parking for all the vehicles we had and only a minute walk to the beach! Jill always had a fast response for any questions we had. Definitely coming back!

What an amazing house and great location to the beach, restaurants, and night life. Our host Jill was incredibly accommodating and always available to us whenever we had questions. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are big, and the outdoor kitchen was hit for our group who loves to grill and chill.

The property was beautiful and just as it described. We enjoyed the use of the pool and outdoor kitchen. Inside was very spacious for our large family. Also location right across from the ocean was great. I did hope that we could have used the elevator for our older family members. I would definitely stay again!

Overall, we had a solid week in North Myrtle Beach. Jill, the host, is incredibly communicative and gracious. The home is very nice, very spacious, and is only a short walk away from the beach. During our week, trash was not picked up until the very end of the week so we ended up with a pile of trash bags out by the can on the curb. The parking lot across the street was also host to a rowdy party on Friday and Saturday nights, the first night the police actually had to break up things. Next-door is a fairly large condo building. But overall, this is a peaceful house on a quiet cul de sac and a fence separates you away from the condo building, and the beach is nearby and very nice. Easy access to the attractions in Myrtle Beach about 20 minutes to the south and very close to barefoot landing!

Very nice house!!

This property was very nice and only a short walk to the ocean. The pool and hot tub were favorites of ours! We also loved the outdoor fridge and ice maker. The pool could use a taller fence on the side with public parking, but we didn't mind it. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Elevator was tricky and we really never figured it out. It would have been nice if the elevator went all the way to the top floor since 4 bedrooms were up there. Other than that we had a great time at this house. Clean, close to the ocean, close to tons of shopping and restaurants.

Amazing beach house

This property is amazing. It’s a new, modern and clean house. We stayed here for a weekend family getaway. We had 20+ people. It’s a 3 level home with 7 rooms and an elevator. Which was a plus because we have a handicap family member. Not only is the beach in the front yard.. lol.. it also has a pool. The sun will wake you up no need for an alarm clock 😄. The kitchen, dining and living room area has an open concept which was amazing for our big family. The shower in the master bedroom is massive. The outside grill and bar area has an island, ice maker and TV (the men loved that area). There are 2 balcony/porch areas on the front of the home which gives you the oceanfront experience. It’s in a safe area and the back yard is fenced. It’s close to the Tanger outlet and Broadway at the beach is only a short drive away. If this place comes across your search BOOK IT immediately because once more people hear about it the availability will be limited.

Best home I have ever stayed in!!

This house was Phenomenal! We were the first guests to stay in this new construction house and our jaws dropped! The views are STUNNING! Both the 2nd and 3rd floors provide unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Plus, both floors have decks w/seating to enjoy the breathtaking views! The house is located next to the beach entrance so it’s SUPER easy to get on the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious for large parties-it can easily sleep over 25 people. In addition, the pool and spa were amazing and the backyard has an outdoor bar/grill which we used a lot during our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchen come equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted, and the host provided all the towels our group needed. Our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This is one of the best stays we’ve ever had! We are definitely coming back and would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!
