Ce condo de Crescent Beach 1675 pieds carrés a 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains et est situé au 5Úme étage. Le salon spacieux dispose d'une télévision par cùble à écran plat / DVD bluray, de carrelage au sol, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Le balcon de 25 pieds donnant sur l'océan est accessible par des portes coulissantes en verre depuis le salon et la suite principale. This property was exactly as the listing stated. We had one family member that required a wheelchair and they were able to navigate the property with ease. Having a hand held shower head would have helped with bathing them. We also were able to secure a beach wheelchair for use during our stay. There is ramp access for the beach wheelchair on the northern side of the condo! It should be stated that beach wheelchairs should be parked using a bike lock on the bike rack on the G level in the far corner of the parking garage. We were unsure wear to park ours until later in the week. We liked the ease of renting umbrellas online or in person. (Box 23 in the listing or rental confirmation would have been helpful to know.) Parking was wonderful and finding a space was always easy even for our driver with handicap plates. There were plenty of luggage racks and shopping carts to help with unloading and loading suitcases and groceries. We plan to rent at North Shore Villas again in the future.

Disappointed

We’ve stayed in North Myrtle Beach many times and this experience was unfortunate The condo was not cleaned well, the coffee pot still had coffee in it from previous guest, there was burnt food in stove and oven, trash cans were dirty, and there were little to no amenities offered. The appliances were old and poorly functioning. Barely any linens were provided and the ones that were there were old and worn out. I will not be staying here again.

Nice Building but Not Maintained

We rented the condo because it was in the same building where we had once owned a unit and knew the building to be well maintained and safe. On the day we were to check in, we received a text that there were festivities and Main street was closed. That meant we had to park blocks away and walk to the office to get the key. Since my husband is on a walker and I am recuperating from knee surgery, we decided to arrive at a later time. The office was closed so we called the number we had been given for late arrival. They weren't sure who to call but said to enter the 408 code on the keypad for late arrivals. That would have been easy but next to the buttons were numbers, several that you couldn't read clearly as they were written on tape with marker and have bled into the marker so as to be virtually unreadable. I called the answering service back and told her there was no way to know which buttons to push as you couldn't read the numbers. She had no idea who to call or what to do. (Apparently later she located someone). Only thing we knew to do was try different combinations and hope it didn't jam. Eventually we were able to get in and get the keys and info. Arriving at the Condo, the body odor in the condo was really bad. We opened the doors and sprayed the rooms. The stove was filthy with pieces of something in the bottom of the burners, the oven door was broken to the extent we wouldn't use it because it looked as though it would fall out at any moment.....broken through in several places......., the bathmats were filthy. The floors were clean as were the countertops but that was the only saving grace. The next day my husband opened the microwave door and the grill above the microwave popped off and hit him in the nose causing a nasty cut. It was obvious the grill had been broken for sometime as the point of break was rusted. We didn't call repair as we deal with that enough in every day life and didn't wish to deal with it when on "vacation". We ended up eating our meals out - very expensive - but I wasn't going to cook on the dirty stove or wash silverware and clean the silverware drawer of crumbs and dirt. So disappointing. I reported all of the above to the property manager who was very professional and hopefully she will see that things get brought up to standards. Needless to say, we will not stay there again.

Awesome Time

Had a great time with my family. Check in and out was perfect. Location was great. Unit was cleaned. The dishes were not as clean as I like, but I love to wash dishes by hand, so they were cleaner when I departed. I was relaxed. I will continue to rent this unit and I will recommend this to other families. Thanks

Great location

Nice property. We had everything we needed, but did not cook. Housekeeping needs improvement. Garbage disposal was backed up with dirty-standing water. Repaired by next day. Maintenance also traced a slow leak of bathroom toilet water valve that caused damage to unit below. Toilet cleaner brush container was used to catch the leak, and had overflowed. Both of these issues should have been reported by housekeeping. We found a dirty article of clothing under a bed.

Filthy

This property is absolutely disgusting and has not had a deep clean in 2 years per Grand Strand Resorts manager. This is highly unacceptable during this pandemic! There is thick dust on baseboards, top of fridge, light fixtures as well as wall hangings. Filthy walls/light switches, clogged drains/garbage disposal, filthy master shower and vents filled with debris. Not to mention stained/dingy sheets and towels, soiled carpets/furniture and rusty patio furniture. Grand Strand Resorts management had poor response to our issues. It is outdated however Overall layout and view are nice.

Love it

Family and I definitely enjoy our stay, we fall in love with the view of the oceanfront, the kitchen had everything we need it to cook, and broom, with vacuum to clean. We are definitely coming back.
