This beautiful, recently remodeled and redecorated, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, oceanfront, unit can accommodate a total of 8 people. There is a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom.

This well kept condo is on the 10th floor and has wonderful oceanfront views from the private balcony. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a one cup Keurig coffeemaker as well as a regular 12 cup coffeemaker, TV's in all bedrooms & the living room, hair dryers in all bathrooms, a washer & dryer in the unit, free covered parking and free Wi-Fi.

This condo is conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Bahama Sands (formally Atlantic Breeze) is close to championship golf courses, live dinner theater, entertainment, shopping and award-winning dining. The condo was clean, well maintained and good location. Only complaint is that it was supplied with only one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the week. We did not expect to have to go to the store to get those supplies.

Fun at NMB

Overall we had a good trip! The condo was clean and ready early for us. We loved the location and ease to get to the beach. We only have a few comments. The condo felt humid inside, almost like our clothes were always damp. I know it was humid outside but it was really humid inside, too. It was great having access to all the pools and lazy river, but a little strange that everything was under the building. Nothing that the owners can change just made the pool less fun, I guess, for our kids (mainly bc it was a little cold). Only other thing we wish was that there was more seating in the living space. We recognize the size makes that a problem but when there are beds for 8 people, there should be enough sitting in the living space for everyone. As a whole, this condo is very nice and had a great kitchen setup so we could cook and eat in the unit. Thank you for letting us stay.

Amazing stay!

This was probably one of the best VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed in. View was spectacular. The condo was updated, clean, and fully stocked-the kitchen was honestly better stocked than my own. We had a great week! Highly recommend.

Our family had a very nice stay. It was so handy to get to the beach. The kitchen had everything I needed to fix a meal. Enjoyed sitting on the on balcony. Would highly recommend this unit.

He had a wonderful vacation! Condo is cozy, clean, fully equipped and has a wonderful view. Check-in process is a bit outdated compared to our previous no-contact experiences, but no big deal. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Condo

This was by far the best condo we have stayed in at North Myrtle Beach. It was modern and clean. The condo was fully stocked with anything kitchen related, wash cloths and towels, hairdryers, and a laundry basket! Beautiful view and not crowed on the beach. Plenty of parking in the parking garage. Only suggestion is that it is time to change the shower curtains in the bathrooms (moldy) and upgrade the shower in the master bath. Otherwise very spacious and would definitely stay again!

Great condo

Condo was very nice and clean! Only suggestion we have for improvement would be to install an electronic keypad lock for the door. Would be nice to not have to worry about keeping track of keys.

Comfortable Stay

The condo is comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The beds were great. We also liked the location. The beach was easy to access, especially with the presence of ramps. It was nice that we didn't have to lug beach carts and umbrellas down the stairs. It was also nice to be close to Main Street, though it does get pretty busy at night. I would highly recommend having a meal at Hoskins! Tips for improvement: I think the cleaning crew could have, and should have, done a better job cleaning. I felt like I had to clean before I could settle in. When we arrived I noticed there was a spot of urine on the primary bathroom's toilet seat, a glob of hair was in the vanity drawer, and there was visible dust on the primary bedroom's walls as well as the console table under the TV. There was also an extra bed pillow with staining on the white pillowcase in the closet. The complex is non-smoking and there are signs posted throughout the building but the guests staying somewhere near us were smoking on their patio which unfortunately could be smelled on our patio and would permeate inside the condo if we opened the door. It would have been nice to have someone to discuss this with/investigate or ask the tenants to stop but I did not notice any property manager or employee on site to report this to.

Nicely done!

Excellent location, great balcony and views. Nice onsite amenities. Only bad review was that the sliding doors were VERY hard to open/close; however, that might just be mechanical problem due to salt/sand in the tracks. Otherwise, this was a great place!

Perfect

The condo was perfect. We had everything needed to make it a home for our week there. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied, and plenty of room for my husband and I plus 3 grandchildren aged 15, 7, and 6. The beach was not overcrowded and the pools were a cherry on top. We’d definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

When we booked this location we booked it based on reviews and on the way that it looks. The balcony was absolutely wonderful. The living room and dining room was spacious and had plenty of seats for us. The kitchen had everything that you could want and more, except we couldn't find an ice cream scoop. The only minor things that we did not like was the water pressure in their room with the two single beds was not very good and the door to get out onto the patio was really tough to open. But those things are so minut that they don't detract from the place at all. If you are going to spend a lot of time in the pools this may not be the place for you. The fools were dirty and absolutely frigid at all times. Overall it was a really nice place to stay and we would definitely book your again.

Check in process was archaic, rental office somewhat tricky to find on GPS, had to stand in line 10 min to wait for an envelope with keys and paperwork. Rental office has large political flag hanging on wall, completely their choice, but unprofessional looking overall. Condo was very nice, nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. Furniture and bedding clean and comfortable. Nice beach theme, updated and clean. Very easy beach access with secure parking on location.

Great property in a good location

The condo was beautiful and the property was well kept up. The condo was dirty and got a quick clean before we arrived. Feet were black because floors had not been washed. Not within walking distances of except two restaurants which was a bummer so a car was needed to go everywhere. Beach and waves were awesome and the beach is so clean and well kept up. We rented chairs for the week and an umbrella which was easy as they set them up every day. You need to bring your own beach towels and buy basic supplies like TP, paper towels and zero cleaning supplies were given. You couldn't even wash the counter. Overall it was a great property and my family was spread out but needs a good cleaning- floors and woodwork.

North Beach Realty terrible prop mgt co

Condo had roaches! Overall cleanliness was subpar for price paid for housekeeping. Told prop mgt and was met with attitude, rudeness and overall unprofessional behavior. Been coming to NMBEACH for almost 30 years and have family in area, never met such a poor mgt office. Would never patronize them again and will inform all associates and family members of our experience.

Beautiful condo in a GREAT location. Only comment is lack of necessary supplies such as soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. Also the floor needed a better cleaning - my husband walked across it one time in white socks and the bottoms were black!
