Had a pool, grill, enough space to comfortably sleep my party of 24 & actually had space for 5-10 comfortably. All plates, utensils, and all cooking pots and pans were provided. Check in and out was easy and the communication was great all around! WOULD book again & WOULD suggest to anyone looking for a place like this one!

We invited some of our closest friends and family and we stayed at this house. It was PERFECT. The location is close to everything. Just mins away from the beach, as well as the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and beach shops. The house was very spacious as described and clean. We will definitely stay here again. Best Wedding/Birthday weekend EVER!

The floors were dirty and when we walked on them our feet were black. There was sand in some of the made beds. We had some mechanical issues and they were handled quickly. Perhaps it would help to have printed instructions on some of the equipment usage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A Great Family Reunion

Our family, 39 members had plenty of living space which made family meals possible. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare large meals. Bedrooms were a little small and somewhere to unpack clothes would’ve been helpful. Our only real complaint would be that we contacted Randi to address the hot tub not working and an oven not working but no one showed up to address these issues. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a large family. The minor complaints did not impact our fantastic week!

It is a block off from the beach and close to many restaurants. Communications were great, they always answered my questions fairly quick. The house could use a little TLC. We had a few issues with some of the toilets. They sent maintenance out. It was not immaculate as far as being clean, but for a large house that probably has lots of guests all the time it is hard to keep everything pristine. I would overall still recommend this property for large gatherings.

It was great to have the movie room on the main floor where we could keep an eye on their playing/viewing, but having them out of the kitchen/living area. Beds were fine. Floor could have been cleaner when we arrived -- it was well swept, but doubt it was thoroughly mopped (dirty feet from day one). No closet/drawer space, but everyone managed fine. Loved having multiple appliances. Pool was fun, beach was wonderful. Groceries a block away. A smoke detector battery started beeping, and someone was there in no time to ensure it was functional. Could use a few beach chairs. Overall a wonderful vacation. Would go again, for sure.

The property worked great for our large family.

We have been having annually family reunions for about the last 5 years. Our ages range from 60-85 so individual bedrooms and specifically individual bedrooms are extremely important and very difficult to find. This property fit the bill well. It’s close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The only reason I marked the cleanliness a little low is because I’m a sock wearer in the house and I found the floors a little dirty but I asked for a mop and a bucket and I mopped our bedroom floor. Being that close to the beach, I’m sure it’s hard to keep the floors “sock” clean. Communication was unbelievably awesome. The management company was extremely responsive and so accommodating. Thanks to Together Resorts, we had another very successful reunion. If anyone has any ideas of lodging that would accommodate 10-12 bedrooms/baths (cabins) anywhere in the US that is relatively easy to travel to, I’d love to hear about them. The one issue we discovered with Myrtle Beach is it doesn’t have real good airport connections.

A weekend with a lot of family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after a rough day of travel and everything in the home was ready to go. We divided up the 14 rooms perfectly and the kids went directly into the Theater. The adults started to play pool and gather around the biggest granite table everyone had seen since our last time in the home. Keep in mind we had exactly 40 people in the home and everyone was more than comfortable. The residence was clean and well maintained. Spices for food preparation were provided as a nice added touch but a waffle iron, blender and many other tools were provided as well. I'd worked with Melisa setting this trip up for more than a month and we were texting back and forth whenever I had questions about the home. Very, very helpful and appreciated. I would and have recommended this property and the one right beside it many times. Great place for a pseudo family reunion or large get away. Also right across the street from the beach and an IGA is within walking distance.

So conveniently located, near the beach, Bouleneaus, ice cream, and shops. Everyone loved having their own private bathroom. House was in good shape overall. Floor could have been cleaner. Would have also been great to have a 1/2 bath near kitchen

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay away if you don’t want to walk up and down a lot of stairs. I stayed here with family on a three night stay. I had elderly people with me and thought this would be a good place to stay since it’s like twenty one of us and it has an elevator. Well we arrived the first night and the elevator wasn’t working. I was told someone would be out the next morning to fix it. Well 12:00 PM came and no one came out. I reached out to the office and was told someone will be out shortly. I then received a call stating someone came out and the part wouldn’t be in for another two days. To be honest the elevator looks like it never works but I could be wrong. It just doesn’t look safe. The floors could also use a good cleaning and there’s holes in some of the walls. One of the tubs upstairs drains out really slow and a lot of other things (too many to name).

Never Book with Together Resorts

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a large house in Myrtle Beach for a company retreat. A few weeks before, the company informed us that the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed for months. We asked for a refund or credit and they offered to switch us to another location but didn’t give any guidance as to how it compared to location/set up of our current unit. Thankfully we didn’t have an employee who needed the elevator, so we stayed with the current location but then had a Covid outbreak before the event and had to cancel. Together Resorts refused to offer a refund or even a credit for the over $10k we spent with them. They said “this is why we tell you to get trip insurance” which we had a they refused to honor our request because we couldn’t provide doctor’s notes for all of the infected employees. Please do not waste your money on a company that just wants to take your money, provide shoddy locations and not work with you to build a relationship.

Family Beach Vacay

The pros: large home that can accommodate a very large party. The location was good, across from beach access and in walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Great kitchen table and theater room. The cons: House needs some tender loving care. A few things around the house were broken, ie: towel bars coming out of the wall, freezer door handle comes off if of the refrigerators, elevator was broken and the hot needed to be turned on daily at the convenience of the property and not the renter, the last night they didn’t even come out to heat the hot tub. A lot of rules on the “do nots” with a hefty dollar amount associated with items that were essentially already broken. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property left a little to be desired, if shoes were not worn your feet would be disgustingly dirty. Other than that we had a great time with family and friends.
