Newly Remodeled Beachfront Condo in Cherry Grove Beach

Our home away from home has had a face lift and is looking her best. Complete with an in unit laundry, this home/condo has two (2) bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two (2) twins and a trundle (you have three kids you say? Perfect! But if you have less, they'll still love this room too:-). There is also a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping (or even a banished snorer!). Two (2) full baths and a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen (did I mention the convection oven?), complete with new cabinets, quartzite counters, new stainless steel appliances and with fresh paint and all new furniture, mattresses and linens throughout, make this a calming and relaxing place to enjoy your vacation.

There is parking for two (2) cars onsite, and a spot for grilling, complete with picnic tables by the pool, to make for an enjoyable evening after sunning and playing on the wide and expansive beach just steps away. Ease into your morning by relaxing on the balcony with your favorite cup of coffee and watch the sun rise as you listen to the sounds of the waves rolling in. . .

Just so you don't get too lazy, this is a top floor unit (hence the great view), but with that does come steps. Please keep in mind this is a third (3rd) floor walkup and there are stairs to deal with.

Great Location

We were very excited to book this condo again this year for our family getaway. It was clean, comfortable and the location is great. We are unable to rent a place for an entire week so this condo really meets our needs. So thankful to have found this jewel.

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in was very smooth and easy. Communication from owner was great. Location is wonderful. The unit is decorated beautifully and was very clean. Beds are comfortable and the unit was well stocked. Linens and towels are very nice. We appreciated many small details, including extra outlets by the bedside. Would definitely stay here again!

Rental was perfect for my family. Close to the beach and had everything in the kitchen we could need. This unit is on the third floor and there isn't an elevator so be prepared to get your steps in. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We were down in Myrtle Beach for our sons baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience and could not have had a better place to stay! The condo is absolutely beautiful and most importantly clean as the other reviews mentioned. We fit some relaxation and beach time in between games and were so grateful to call this very well appointed condo home for the week! Many thanks to Kem for maintaining such a beautiful and welcoming condo!!

This was our first time in Myrtle as a family I’ve been but that was before my kids and it was the perfect location for our family vacation Location was perfect, right on the beach Everything was convenient and only few minutes drive from our condo so we didn’t feel like we missed anything Everything that we needed was provided for us by the owner and communication was not an issue But what set this place apart was the cleanliness of the place We’ve been to numerous rentals up and down east coast and this condo was one of the best we’ve stayed We will definitely be back when we return to North Myrtle

This was the most thoughtful place I have ever stayed. From beach chairs and umbrella to sand toys, hats beach bags books games etc. too many things to list it was so nicley renovated and VERY clean. Highly recommend this one

A Cherry Grove getaway

We had a great time staying at this property. There are many small details that are thought of, which we appreciated. The wifi seemed to not be working during our stay and the dining area is extremely small, so it made eating dinners a bit tricky! The floors probably need a deep cleaning, but we did travel at the end of the season. Some positives about this property.. I can tell the furniture in the living room area and master bedroom is quality. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The host was quick to respond as well. Overall we would stay again.

Best Place on the Beach!

We loved our stay at Kem's beautiful condo! Very clean and so well appointed, we felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the beds and linens were comfortable. This condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and was well stocked with amenities. The location was great and the balcony was in a nice location for watching the beach area without the sun beating on you. We hope to catch this gem for our next beach trip!

Very nice beach condo!

Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable place to stay! Comfortable furnished 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo! Would definitely go there again, but I would avoid bike fest weekend in the future. Loud rude renters next door ruined the peace and quiet of what otherwise would have been a very peaceful place! The owner is very nice to work with!

Stop Searching - Book this rental!

I highly recommend this unit for your next vacation! We traveled with our 18 YO son from upstate NY to MB for an accepted student event at CCU. We have been renting on VRBO since the kids were little and travel with my VRBO tote full of everything we need and more for when we reach our destination. No need to cart your tote to this rental - they have thought of EVERYTHING! The rental was just as pictured and described. It was exceptionally clean, had nice furnishings, plush bath towels, quality bed linens, & luxury soap. It is conveniently located to CCU, a number of golf courses, attractions, and great dining suggested by the great host! We were blessed with a couple beach days and were delighted to find beach chairs available to take to the beach which is literally down the stairs and out the back of the building. No shortage of tee times even on Easter recess - booked night before and even day of. Played Tiger Woods’ PopStroke mini golf which was fun and the most expensive mini golf I have ever played -$98 for 3 people, but you get to keep your golf ball 😆 Your player fee is good for the whole day so if you do this, I suggest going earlier in the day and then going back at the end of the day to get your money’s worth. Don’t be discouraged if the wait looks ridiculous. We waited a half hour to get started but then finished play in about 75 min. All in all, a 5-star vacation across the board.

Winter break getaway

We were impressed by the property. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed and more. Quiet and comfortable for us and our teenage son. We enjoyed nice walks on the beach, cooking in the condo a few times, visiting a few local restaurants, go-karts, golf and putt putt golf. Perfect place for a much needed getaway after all our Christmas festivities. The posting for the property does call out that there are lots of steps
47 steps to be exact. Not a problem for us but could certainly see it would be difficult for some. Great experience overall! We will be back!
