Important renovation details:

• Construction activity will occur on weekdays only
• Workers may be present during daytime hours
• Backyard access may be limited or unavailable during portions of construction
• Noise may occur during working hours

We appreciate your understanding as this exciting upgrade is completed to enhance future stays.

Other Things to Note

Must be 21 or older to book.

Up to two non-aggressive dogs allowed with a $100 pet fee.

No smoking anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fine will be enforced for violations.

No parties or events.

No unregistered guests or visitors.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Check-out is 10 AM.

Sand must be rinsed off before entering the home to avoid additional cleaning fees.

A $350 cleaning fee applies to long-term stays.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation.

Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included.
