Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The building had the greatest exercise room and very convenient for our family. The pools and hot tubs outside were the best. The pool and lazy river inside was welcome when the weather turned cooler. We would be happy to rent it again.

Everything about the stay was great. Grounds clean. Some painting/cleaning being done on some units, which was mildly annoying but at this time of year something is always being fixed.We needed more towels which we got the next day. Perhaps with 4 bedroom unit and a week long stay, a few extra rolls of toilet paper and another roll of paper towel would be good.Otherwise, we had a great time, unit is gorgeous as is the resort.

We had our family stay and the unit itself was absolutely stunning, plenty of room and sleeping areas were well thought out. The unit and grounds were clean and all staff were friendly. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the area.

We stayed in a beautiful, very spacious condo at North beach towers that was perfect for our adult group of six. The beach view from the balconies were incredible, and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped, and the overall layout made our stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, the check in process and interactions with the staff were disappointing. I travel frequently for both business and personal trips, and I've never experienced the level of disorganization, demanding and argumentativeness that we encountered with Itrip. It took away from what could have been a flawless stay. We would absolutely stay in this condo again if the check in experience were improved and the staff were more understanding and accommodating for those vacationers.

Accommodating and accessible

Property manager was accessible and very accommodating. Needed a late checkout, due to a scheduling conflict, and they were very helpful. Also, the unit was missing the Keurig coffee pot and they had one brought up within hours of making them aware.

Perfect location! Lovely family-friendly wide beach, with chairs and umbrella rentals available right at the end of the walkway through the incredible multi-pools area. We and the kids loved the pools (cabana rental available that includes a designated server to bring you drinks and deliver your lunch order). Plenty of parking in the attached garage; lots of luggage carts in the covered temporary unloading area by the entrance doors; and each tower has 3 elevators. This 4-bedroom flat was perfect for us: spacious, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of seating. You’ll need to bring (or shop for) extra paper products and while the kitchen is well-equipped as to crockery, flatware, glasses, pots&pans, etc., there are no cleaning supplies, coffee/filters, spices/seasonings. This end unit has terrific views, and we didn’t mind the hike from the elevator—indeed, we preferred it, since there was nobody walking by our unit. We’d definitely stay here again.

My family and I rented this unit from Friday thru Monday. The unit was absolutely beautiful! I loved the layout and the decor. The view of the ocean was breathtaking but that only lasted for a day. We noticed when we arrived there was plastic on the railings of the balcony of both buildings. So we assumed they were doing repairs on the railings and didn’t think anymore about it. We planned to go out Saturday to do a little shopping and get dinner and come back and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean for the remainder of our stay. We left out at noon Saturday. Came back around 4:30 and all of the windows had been covered with plastic. We no longer had the breathtaking view. The beds were hard and the kitchen did not have any frying pans to cook breakfast. All of this was such a disappointment considering how beautiful the unit was. I would love to rent the unit again when I am able to have the ocean view without windows being covered but because of that I will never rent this unit again. I rented the unit because of the view and I feel like I need some form of refund or credit. So disappointed.

Too late

The property could have been cleaned. They should have gotten a refund from the cleaning company because they didn’t do a good job .the tile floors were not mopped walking barefoot our feet were dirty the next day. And there was a cut toe nail on floor in bedroom which leads me to believe the floors weren’t swept or mopped it was in plain sight. The kitchen had no toaster. And the artificial plants had layers of dust on them. I notified host at itrip the following day and said they would come back to clean. The inconvenience of them doing that wasn’t right. It should have been done prior to settling in on our 4 day trip.i asked for compensation for the troubles they replied I should have notified them earlier. I won’t be returning with that host. We always use Vrbo for at least 10 years now never a problem.
