This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 15 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 fulls (bunk beds) & 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom, 1 full & 1 queen in the 4th bedroom and 2 twins (trundle bed) in the 5th bedroom.

The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a roomy porch off the front & back. The bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar. The living room as well as all bedrooms have a TV. The room w/the twin trundle does not have cable but there is a DVD player.

The extensive master suite offers a private balcony and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. The 2nd & 3rd bathrooms (one on each level) have a standard tub/shower combo. The 1/2 bath is in the ground floor storage room, and is conveniently located near the pool so you don't have to go in the house dripping wet. Other features include free W-Fi, parking for 6 vehicles, and washer & dryer.

The over sized lot includes a fenced in yard, private pool with built in sitting pool (jets, waterfall & heater are disabled, this is no longer a hot tub and only meant to be used as a relaxing sitting pool), private above ground hot tub, fire pit, 90" projector screen (must bring your own portable projector), ping pong table, professionally landscaped yard, outdoor shower, table and plenty of seating around the pool. For your convenience, there is also a storage room full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, pool floats and yard games such as cornhole. Multiple amenities were missing from the property including beach towels, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, salt and pepper, and sufficient toilet paper/shampoo/body wash. It was unclear from the reservation that these wouldn't be provided. Some of this could likely be requested from the office, though it was quite inconvenient to find these things missing upon check in.The kitchen had an ant problem. Unless we cleaned up all food in the kitchen immediately after eating, we would come back to find ants crawling all over the counters.When I asked for details of the check in process a week in advance of our trip, I did not receive any details at all. When trying to clarify these details the day of, the host was not prompt in replying and we had to call the agency multiple times. It turns out the check in process required stopping by the rental agency office before going to the property, which was an unexpected inconvenience given that we did not have a car. To be fair, one of the emails we received from the agency contained these instructions though this should have been more clear.Besides these things, everything was perfect!

Great house-The outside shower didn't work but we just used the hose. Also the outside "bathroom" isn't really a bathroom, it is a toilet in a storage room and isn't really usable. No issues with us but don't be surprised by that. We enjoyed the house and the stay.

Had an awesome time at this beach house with our group of 15! Plenty of space for everyone. Just a quick walk to the beach made it perfect. Would definitely stay again! FYI Storage room doesn't have sun umbrellas! Bring beach towels, they are not provided.

Everything you need (bachelor party)

rented this house for my bachelor party. this house is perfect. We fit 9 guys comfortably. each guy got his own bed. House had a great open concept. Outdoor space is perfect. Football throw away from the bar. Only 30 min uber ride from airport. Check in and out couldn’t have been any easier. the house came with a grill which could be replaced but still FIVE STAR PROPERTY.

The house was really nice and spacious. I appreciated the automation. Check in was really easy. The only thing I would say is avoid coming in town too early and would suggest coming closer to the designated time. We all loved the house.

Grill on deck is too close to the house and was a grease fire waiting to happen. Jacuzzi next to pool did not work, or could not find switch for jets. Jacuzzi under deck was very dirty and had weird yellow suds in it.
