Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The ease of beach access and ocean front views made for relaxing days. We loved the large living room and there was amplefurniture for our entire family to hang out in. One thing that was frustrating involved the 3 remotes to work the TV. It was anyone's guess as to which one did what. Good luck to those brave enough to attempt it. One other thing just to be aware of is the fact that most light switches have to be ON for one or both of the outlets to work. There are a few other opportunities for improvement. Some days we barely had any hotnwater for showers. Other days, there seemed to be no issues. The mattress in the king room is well past its expiration date and needs replacing in the worst sort of way. Speaking of master bedroom, blackout curtains or any curtains for that matter would be most helpful. The morning sun is unforgiving and the old and broken verticle blinds can guarantee an early wake on cloudless days. The kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher has to be at least 20 years old and sounds like gun fire as it is going through a cycle. Also, trying to figure out where on earth we were to place our trash bags of trash was a bit of a challenge. We sent our teenagers on a scavenger hunt through the neighborhood looking for the "overflow lot dumpsters." Im still not sure we found the right ones?All in all, it truly was a nice experience. A few simple fixes or improvements would go a long way.
