The beach is just 1 mile away, and you can either drive or during the peak season, hop on the free beach shuttle for easy access to the sun and surf!

Golf enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to three courses within Barefoot Resort, while thrill-seekers can discover endless entertainment at Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Myrtle Beach is the golf Mecca of the United States, and the courses in our resort (Norman, Fazio, and Love courses) are among the best in the entire area!

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all property amenities including North Tower Pool and outdoor grill. Guests will not have access to the marina docks unless secured otherwise (renting a boat, going on a waterway cruise, etc. separately). Please note: North Tower pool will be closed from February 1st-March 15th, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 6th floor, with elevator access.

*Building 1.

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates for 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Grills located by pool.

Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible. Pool and hot tub facilities at the North Tower are currently closed through March 31st, 2026 for repairs.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
