The search for your next vacation stops here! This is an oceanfront, 2-bedroom condo located at the popular Bay Watch Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo is fully furnished with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and will accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.

As of Fall 2024, this condo has been completely updated! We could not be more excited to share with you. For starters, the entire condo was painted with warm and welcoming colors. All new flooring was also installed throughout! In the kitchen all new appliances were added, including a new stackable washer and dryer behind the bi-fold closet in the kitchen area! A new air conditioning unit was installed. Lastly new furniture was placed throughout. We guarantee you are going to love it!

Upon arrival, guests will enter into a small hallway. To the right guests will find the first of the two bedrooms. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, window for natural light, dresser and closet for storage, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bathroom right down the hall. The bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, toilet, mirror, hair dryer, and more.

Moving right along guests will find the kitchen, centrally located between the guest bedroom and living area. The kitchen features all new appliances including: a full-size fridge and freezer, mounted microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cabinet space for storage, double compartment kitchen sink, and much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, North Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Bay Watch Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Guests will also find a new stackable washer and dryer behind the bi-fold closets located in the kitchen area. Guests will love the convenience of being able to do laundry from the comfort of the condo.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the condo! The living room offers a sofa, an accent chair, coffee table, large wall mounted flat screen TV, small table and chairs, bar stools, and access to the oversized, oceanfront balcony.

Right off the living space guests will find the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, dresser for storage, a flat screen TV, access to the oceanfront balcony through the sliding glass doors in the bedroom, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, mirror, hair dryer, and more.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Bay Watch Resort is a high-rise complex located at 2701 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only a couple of miles from the North Myrtle Beach regional airport, Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, and more. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
