Family time

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and well kept. Everyone was very nice. The inside of the condo was nicely done however the shower curtain rod fell and wouldn't stay up it was 4 days to hear from maintenance but that was it otherwise a delightful stay. We will stay again.

Will never stay here again!

Since check in, we found that the unit had several issues. 1. First of all, the unit is not very clean. The unit has a bad smell, the night stand and dresser in the master bedroom are stained. The kitchen table has water rings on it. There was a dirty comforter on the floor of the master bedroom closet. 2. The balcony door from the living room is jammed and very difficult to open. 3. The kitchen contained tupperwear lids but not the matching tupperwear. This made it difficult to store and prepare food. Also, the unit did not contain basic things like a floor mop. 4. The washing machine does not run and the owner via the property managers tried to convince us that it was due to operator error. The machine is a simple set and start model. It was not operator error. 5. The toilet was clogged on our first morning in the unit. We had to wait 4 hours until a plumber arrived. This required us to stay in the unit rather then enjoy our vacation. The first few days of our vacation was spent on the phone with the property managers at Booe Realty. Three days into our vacation, they offered us a refund if we checked out the next morning. The refund amount did not equate to the remainder of our stay. So we would have lost money if we agreed. It was not an enjoyable stay. We will not return.

Great property with a great view

We had a great trip and enjoyed the property. The mattresses were a bit thin, but that's really a personal preference. They might feel great to others. Overall, I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Good stay

Property was nice well keeped. First time booking through VRBO. Reason I dont give all five stars is that at all my stays it's the first time I had to pay extra for linens and towels not included with the stay. Overall very good.

As Expected

My family and I recently stayed in this condo and we had a great week. The weather was still a little chilly so it was really nice for the kids to have the indoor pool to swim in. The property itself, you can tell is older, but it didn't feel really run down or anything. The condo itself has been nicely updated and was as advertised. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. There are plenty of plates, cups, flatwear, etc. The only thing I needed that wasn't available was a vegetable peeler. We chose to bring our own linens rather than pay extra to rent them. I really liked that the showers coming in from the beach had the standard showers, as well as hoses with adjustable sprayers on them. It made it so much easier to spray off our things and our children. The location is excellent being so close to Barefoot Landing. Our children loved the great playground there in front of Lulu's. The Realty company was easy to work with and very friendly.

We had a great time

Our mindset was very relaxed so we had an amazing time in North Myrtle Beach last week. The Sunday check in process was very poor. Management did not have our keys in the lock box and the owner was very rude when she came to open the office and give us the keys after 5pm, although check in time is at 3. She didn’t even greet us. The washing machine stopped working, and the company lied and said that they contacted appliance repair shops who would come to fix it. Later they sent a staff member who showed up without a mask, and was using YouTube tutorials to fix the washer. Thankfully, he didn’t talk much given the pandemic. And the washing machine was never repaired. The TVs didn’t work. And we didn’t get entry door keys until the day before we left. Overall, we had a great time because of my family’s love and positive energy. I would not go back with Booe Realty. I honestly feel like management, comparable to many businesses in the south, was quite racist. I expected it, so I didn’t let it stop us from enjoying the experience.

Beachfront North Myrtle Beach Getaway

Overall it was a good experience communication with the property management company was amazing (10/10), the location was great right on the ocean. The inside pools were closed due to COVID; however the outside pool was open and great! My only minor complaints are the hot water heater made this high pitch noise anytime someone (I’m assuming in the building) ran hot water, thankfully I am a mom so I am use to tuning that out. The other minor things were there were spots where there were cracks in the walls, trim was coming up, the dryer vent had not been emptied in God knows how long, we found a few beer bottle caps under the table outside the bathroom door.

Enjoyed it!!

Great location. Friendly maintenance staff. Liked the Floor plan. Loved washer and dryer. Kitchen well equipped. Need to clean air-ducts. Mattress in master due for replacement. Would definitely stay here again.

Great View and location

We visit the Windy Hill area several times a year. We came down in Labor Day weekend and were concerned about Hurricane Dorian. Weekend weather turned out fantastic. Room was spacious and clean. View was gorgeous. Location is convenient to Barefoot and other great attractions. The only real con and this was more on timing, we didn’t get to town till 3 am and had to drive 30 min out of our way (15 each way) to the office to get keys. It was challenging for this old man to read the pad lock at 3am and we were all exhausted. Then all the light bulbs were dead in master suite...But this would have been a non issue had we been able to arrive earlier. Overall great stay and would definitely rent here again

Before school getaway

Property was nice and exactly as listed. We enjoyed our little stay. There were a few housekeeping things, like a dirty rag left in the kitchen sink when we arrived but nothing to ruin our stay.

Great vacation!

My Family of 6 had a great experience renting this property. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was a great location to experience Myrtle Beach. Our condo had everything we needed.

Clean and close to water!

We really enjoyed this property and look forward to returning! The only small thing I would change is a digital key for the property so you don’t have to pick up and drop off keys. Very friendly and responsive staff and I would highly recommend!

Family vacation for a week stay

It was a nice place to stay but smaller than we anticipated. There was 7 of us sometimes and very hard to move around. Kitchen and bathrooms are very small as well. Decor was nice but no pots and pans in the kitchen. We had to buy our own which was an expense we did not need. There are also no rugs in hallways, and living and dining area so sand stays all over the floor . I think I swept 5 times a day to try and keep our feet from being black. We were disappointed that there were only 3 chairs on balcony . We had to use our beach chairs if we all wanted to sit outside together. View was great and good location.
