☆ Four smart TVs located throughout the home capable of streaming your favorite shows and music.

☆ Please return POOL KEY CARD ($200 fee to replace if missing)

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.

☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels.

☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.

☆ Stackable washer/dryer in the unit, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash a load during your stay.

☆ Willow Bend HOA does not permit motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers in the parking lot. See house rules for dog breed restrictions.

☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests.

☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.

☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
