The other side of the house features a unique open style layout that is perfect for the kiddos! There are 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd side of the house. None of the bedrooms have doors, and the entire 2nd side flows seamlessly from room to room. This is the perfect fun space for kids of any age to hang out and have fun while the adults can enjoy the more private other side of the house.

This private and quiet vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new, stainless-steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. There is a large island with countertop seating. With all of the basic cooking necessities and a separate spacious dining area, you can enjoy relaxing meals at home with your family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living room with a spacious sectional and smart TV.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house including the outdoor area.
Free parking in driveway
Parking is not allowed on the street.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.
Other Things to Note:
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
