This bright and airy beach cottage is truly unique and perfect for families. There are 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on one side of the house. The other side of the house features a unique open style layout that is perfect for the kiddos! There are 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd side of the house. None of the bedrooms have doors, and the entire 2nd side flows seamlessly from room to room. This is the perfect fun space for kids of any age to hang out and have fun while the adults can enjoy the more private other side of the house.

This private and quiet vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new, stainless-steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. There is a large island with countertop seating. With all of the basic cooking necessities and a separate spacious dining area, you can enjoy relaxing meals at home with your family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living room with a spacious sectional and smart TV.

This charming home is located right next to the famous North Myrtle Beach Main Street where you can experience all of the family friendly attractions including countless restaurants and beachfront bars, shag clubs, and the famous OD Arcade & Bar. Just miles away is Barefoot Landing where you can experience fine dining, shopping and attractions including Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre and so much more! Enjoy a sunset dinner overlooking the marina at the world-famous Greg Norman's Grill. Or experience the unique and authentic ambiance of Taco Mundo while enjoying traditional Mexican drinks and fare on the expansive outdoor dining area which also overlooks the marina! This home is perfectly located to experience a fun-filled family vacation!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house including the outdoor area.

Free parking in driveway
Parking is not allowed on the street.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

Other Things to Note:
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

I am writing this review for future renters. I wish I would have paid attention to the other renter who also wrote a bad review. We had to sweep the floor because it was so dirty. We had to clean spider webs from the walls. The walls and doors were so dirty. There were scuff marks and damages on walls that need repair. In one bathroom the bathtub faucet handles just turn there’s no way to shut off. There were dead bugs in that tub. There are very few wall outlets. The stove is aluminum foiled to death and the two big burners don’t work. No one has dusted in a long time. The ceiling popcorn is peeling heavily. The toaster doesn’t work. The bar stools need to be replaced, they are old, dirty and worn out. The couch in the living room sinks in when you sit on it. There is no iron or ironing board. No extra toilet paper or toiletries. No dishwasher. There was a hole on a bedroom door that they just put brown mud in and didn’t even repair it. There is loose electrical wiring everywhere. There was an unframed glass mirror just on the floor in a bedroom closet that my child could have knocked over and broken (safety hazard). There was a leak under the kitchen sink. The part that I couldn’t understand was why the host was so strict about not checking in a minute before 4:00pm. No property information was sent prior to 30 minutes before the stay (not even the address) just to get there and the place wasn’t even properly cleaned. I took pictures of everything. A 1700 disappointment

my family stay

To whom it my concern: Dear sir. I have struggled with what to wright about our stay. I have to state my through disgust with this house. The wifi did not work the kitchen stove has a burner that doesn't work the toaster only half of it works. the refrigerator was so out of level you had to hold the door when you opened it so it wouldn't swing open to far. the washer and dryer were outside in an attached room and were not even hooked up. we had to go to the laundry mat to wash clothes and bath towels. the floors in the house were so dirty you could not walk across them without turning your feet black. I have touched the high spots of my discust with this house and assure you If this is the quality of houses you rent for the almost 6000 dollar price i will not be renting from you again. john e

Awesome stay in NMB!

I rented this property for my birthday and Easter weekend with extended family and friends. best move ever! Amazing location to shops, restaurants, and bars along with barely two blocks to the beach.
