Must be 21 or older to book.

Up to two non-aggressive dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee.

No smoking anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fine will be enforced for violations.

Parking available for 4 vehicles. Do not park on grass.

No parties or events.

No unregistered guests or visitors.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Check-out is 10 AM.

Sand must be rinsed off before entering the home to avoid additional cleaning fees.

A $350 cleaning fee applies to long-term stays.

Golf cart rental is available for an additional fee through our local partner. Outside golf cart rentals are not permitted on the property.

Pool Heating Policy:
Pool heat is available seasonally from March through October when overnight temperatures remain above 50°F. Heating availability is weather-dependent and not guaranteed outside these conditions.

Do not tamper with pool equipment. A $500 fine applies for tampering or broken glass in the pool area.

Children must be supervised at all times. Swimming is at your own risk.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation.
