This North Myrtle Beach condo has a queen bed and TV in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Both baths have a tub and shower combination. The living area has a TV and opens onto the balcony that has ocean VIEWS (from the side of the condo). The kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils to prepare your favorite meal. There are 2 televisions, free WIFI and a washer/dryer is also in the unit. Summer Place has an oceanfront outdoor pool.

The Golf Capital of the World will not disappoint you when you book at tee time at one of the several golf courses close by. If you would rather fish, the Cherry Grove Pier is down the road. Only 2 parking spaces allowed. Motorcycles, trailers, motor homes are not allowed. Trucks are not allowed to park in the oceanfront parking lot. Smoking and pets are not allowed. This is a family oriented property. No students or student groups please. Must be 25 years of age to rent.
