Ce condo familial est parfait pour cela! Venez profiter de ce condo spacieux et confortable mis Ă  jour avec vue sur la montagne Ă  tout moment de l'annĂ©e. Il est situĂ© prĂšs du cƓur de North Conway et a un accĂšs rapide Ă  de nombreuses attractions pour votre commoditĂ©. Le condo est assez en retrait pour que vous puissiez vous Ă©loigner de l'agitation afin que vous puissiez vous dĂ©tendre sur le balcon et profiter de la vue. Le dĂ©veloppement de Northbrook comprend une piscine de taille olympique pour les mois d'Ă©tĂ© ainsi que des paniers de basket-ball et des courts de tennis qui sont juste au coin de cette unitĂ©.

Notre famille vient Ă  North Conway depuis plus de 30 ans, nous avons fait tellement de souvenirs ici que nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© d'en faire notre deuxiĂšme maison! Avec des attractions comme Kahuna Laguna (10 min), Storyland (10 min), Settler’s Green Outlets (10 min), Mt. Cranmore (Ă  6 min!), Attitash (15-20 min), North Conway Village (5 min), vous ne manquerez jamais de choses Ă  faire! Si vous ĂȘtes un golfeur, il y a TROIS grands terrains de golf Ă  moins de 15 minutes du condo. N'oublions pas les innombrables endroits pour la randonnĂ©e, le vĂ©lo, l'alpinisme, le canotage, la pĂȘche, etc.!

John's place is wonderful. Spacious, clean and quiet but convenient to all of what North Conway and the surrounding areas have to offer. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again any time we come back to visit the White Mountains.

Hikers base camp

Our group (4 adults) used this condo as our base for a hike of Mt Washington. The condo was very clean and ideal for our use. It is very close to the main strip in North Conway, including many restaurants, yet it is located in a complex which was very quiet and peaceful while we were there. The host was very accommodating as we had several issues (personal and airline) which caused us to want to alter our reservation but this proved to be no problem.

This is a very cozy property in Northbrook, North Conway, with a beautiful view of Cranmore Mountain a close to skiing locations. We enjoyed everything. The property is well maintained and the host is very friendly.

Overall this was a nice condo. The location was perfect for a quick ride to town and it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Beds were a bit squeaky but that was our only complaint!

Enjoyable stay

The property was exactly as advertised which made for an enjoyable stay. As a bonus, the neighborhood was great for walking. My only minor complaint was that all of the bed pillows were very, very firm which I would think would not be to most peoples liking-certainly was not to ours. Otherwise it was lovely.

Lovely and convenient stay!

My family stayed at this property for a full week with a teenager, almost 3 year old, and 1.5 year old and it was great. Super easy check in, great location, and everything we needed. The property is fantastic and spacious for kiddos to ride bikes and walk around when we weren’t exploring the mountains.

Awesome Stay

This was our second time staying in the North Brook complex and we had a wonderful time! This year we were looking for a bigger place due to more people joining us and this condo had everything that we were looking for and more! It was big enough to fit 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 6. It was equipped with all of the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom things that you could need and the newly installed air conditioners really helped on the few hot days we were there. It was very clean and well kept as well. There is a community pool down the hill from the condo that the kids loved. And the road is located across from Moat Mountain Brewery and 5 minutes to downtown. We went to Storyland (10 minutes away) and Santa's Village (an hour away) and both were very easy to get to. I can't recommend this place enough for families! It was awesome and we can't wait to stay again!

Great location

Condo was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. It is in a great location close to the Saco River, Cranmore, downtown and restaurants. A short walk to the pool where there were tables chairs to sit comfortably.

July Long Weekend

This condo was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of four and was so close to downtown and Storyland! We loved that the master bedroom had a king sized bed. We’ll definitely book for our 2025 trip!

Disappointed

My family has been staying in this condo complex for our yearly vacation for the last 4 years. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit. The layout of the condo is excellent. Having space and a kitchen is key to us so it works well. A few days before check in I was notified that the community pool was not going to be open during the entire 5 night stay. While communication did happen (and was fairly consistent) I would have loved to know this before hand because I would have booked elsewhere- even if that meant losing part of the money on this unit . The pool is key for my son. When I voiced my complaint I was told ‘there are plenty of places to swim in the area.’ While I understand that- it’s not easy having a child that doesn’t like sand due to sensory reasons. Also, we were told the unit had air conditioning. When we checked in the unit was 89 degrees. We turned on the ac units in the living room and all 3 bedrooms and hoped it was just from being closed up and without actually running. We left and went to the place my parents were renting to have dinner since it was much too hot to cook in the unit. When we returned 6 hours after check in it was still 82 degrees. At this point I notified the owner to which I got ‘no you’re the first one to complain about the ac.’ I took a photo of the register in the living room to prove that it was almost 11pm and still over 80. We spent as little time as possible in the unit because the heat made it unbearable.

I stayed with my family 4th of July weekend. Accommodations were very comfortable, clean, quiet. amenities were good. Very spacious, beds comfortable. We were very disappointed the pool was still not open .

The Condo itself was great. We did run out of paper towels and could not find any replacement papertowels in the Condo. We were very disappointed in the fact that the pool was not open. Infact it was down for repair. If i had known that the pool was not available for use, i would not have booked the Condo
