Maple View House vient de subir une rénovation et un ajout importants. Il y a une nouvelle cuisine en granit avec une ßle, et un grand repas pour tout le monde. Notre maison offre 5. 5 salles de bains, 9 chambres, 4 salons, 3 cheminées, 4 télévisions à écran plat et une immense salle de jeux avec table de billard, ping-pong, air hockey, baby-foot, fléchettes et une table de poker. espace sauna et bar. Wifi gratuit

Nous offrons des billets à prix réduit pour diverses activités dans la région. Mois d'hiver: billets de ski et de métro pour le mont Cranmore, les montagnes Black, Attitash et Wildcat. Mois d'été: tyroliennes, promenades en gondole, parcs extérieurs Attitash et Cranmore, y compris glissades d'eau, montagnes, montagnes et autres. Nous offrons également des réductions au centre de remise en forme familial Cranmore.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Pendant les mois d’étĂ©, nous louons nos semaines du dimanche au dimanche, plutĂŽt que le traditionnel samedi au samedi. Per town regulations, we allow a maximum of 9 vehicles. Parking is limited to our paved driveway area, and is not permitted on the grass or shoulder.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in North Conway. You are welcome to order pay per view. We deduct any charges + taxes from your deposit.
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions. If you anticipate late nights or loud guests our home is not a good fit for your group.

This trip was a 10/10 from the host to the house to the location, everything was perfect. We had 10 adults and 8 children and there was plenty of space. We loved the huge kitchen/living room for all of us to gather and cook and eat together. The kids were always busy in the game room in the basement and so were the adults. There were so many different rooms that there was space for all to enjoy. Katie, the host was so kind and responsive and helpful. the location was perfect and close to skiing, skating and tubing and down town. Will 100 percent be back. Thank you so much

Our group included nine 76 year old buddies since grade school. The property offered each of us a private bedroom and plenty of bathrooms. The facility was clean, neat, and very well stocked from linen's to any kitchen item desirable. We loved it and hope to stay there again next year.

This property is just perfect for large groups. There is space for everyone to spread out but also tons of space for everyone to be together. The large porch outback is beautiful comfortable chairs. All of the beds were so comfortable. Everyone had something positive to say about it. The kitchen area is amazing. We gathered there every night. It’s so easy to get in touch with the owner. Fantastic property and location. Lots of room for 9 adults and 2 children to spread out. Game room got lots of use by all, the kids loved the air hockey. So very quite at night, even being on an alternate road around the Conway crawl. The host, Katie, was easy to reach and responsive to any questions. Great time had by all.

Fun, Convenient, and Cozy

This is a great property if you have a lot of guests! We had 16 total with mostly couples and everyone got their own room. Owner’s are fantastic. Very helpful and easy to communicate. Loved staying here and would again. 10/10 recommend!

Annual ski weekend crew

This is our second year staying at this house and again was a lovely stay. Communication is always clear and open and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having multiple spaces for adults and kids and proximity to local ski mountains. Kitchen is well equipped and large to accommodate gathering around the island and open to one of the living areas. The main floor bedroom can get a bit warm, but we were able to regulate it with being able to close certain vents when needed. Overall experience is five stars. Thank you for accommodating us and our toddlers/ babies!

Our group of friends/family stayed here for MLK weekend. The house was perfect — great size and big enough where everyone felt they had their own space, and the open concept kitchen/living room was a great fit for our group! This house has everything you need and more, plenty of space for everybody, more than enough to do, we never wanted to leave the house, except to go to the supermarket for more food, highly recommend this house. Owners is super friendly and accommodating.

Huge house with plenty of entertainment on Rainy days

TLDR: It is a great house especially for large groups. Location Easy access for all our actives. Trips to the Saco, Story land and all of what Zeb's and White Mountain Highway had to offer. Kitchen/Great room: If its not clear in the pictures this is a huge space! Easily entertained our large group dinners and lounging around. It's the most useable kitchen. Cabinets are labeled so you can find things in the kitchen. It has everything you'd need to cook. You DO NOT need to bring any kitchen ware with you. If you're really unsure contact Katie she'll let you know. Basement Tons of games, greatly overlooked how useful this space would be for late nights and on rainy days. Beds/Bathrooms There are so many beds and bathrooms in this house. With 13 adults and 3 kids with rooms of single occupants and we still had a bedroom left unused. I bet the plumbing in this house is wild! Backyard The deck is another large space to hang. Large grill in good working order. Made use good use of the large double picnic tables. Plenty of lawn chairs for the fire pit. Free firewood was a nice perk too. Other spaces in the house There are a few in between spaces, the chess table room and entry room are great if you need to break away from the larger group or find a place to read. Clearly a lot of hard work and thinking went into this place as a holiday rental! Thanks for the stay!

Outstanding Place For Family Gatherings

This house was absolutely perfect for large family vacations. Nine bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a huge great room open to the kitchen; and the game room was the icing on the cake. The yard was large enough for our family of 15 to set up a volleyball/bad mitten net, a croquet set, and an area for lawn darts. And the boys were able to also play catch with the baseball and not interfere with the other activities. The fire pit was great with plenty of fire wood made available. The entire house was super clean upon our arrival; so much so we wanted to leave it just as clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and feeding really large groups. Hostess Katie, was unbelievable in communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. Every text was answered immediately and she called if additional information was needed. Lastly, the location of the house was perfect for wither going into town to eat or shop or to go to any of the outdoor activities. Strongly recommend this rental for any large gatherings of family or friends, especially if you have any teens or preteens in the group.

Long weekend getaway

I researched places to stay for a couple of weeks. I needed accommodations for 14 adults. This property looked perfect in the photos. I messaged Katie with questions and she responded quickly each time. The house was perfect. The large kitchen and sitting area was perfect for our large group. The beds were so comfortable. Our group of 14 loved it. We even took group photos of the house when we left. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Annual ski weekend

The property was great for our group of friends/ family with young kids/toddlers. Hosts were great communicators and very gracious/ helpful with any questions! It was unseasonably warm so we didn't get to utilize the fireplaces, but they were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it made our 10th annual ski ( and board game) weekend a lovely time.

Great house, loved our long weekend vacation

We had a group of 11 for a long weekend winter vacation. The house couldn't have been better. Very clean and well stocked. The game room was lots of fun too. Katie and Tony were great hosts. I highly recommmend this house for a large group. Its highly likely we will stay here again.

Best property at NH

I have been visiting the NH area for vacation for the past 20 years, and I must say that this rental experience was the best I've ever had. Everything about it, from the location and size to the layout and functionality, was exceptional. We have 15 people, everyone can find a comfortable room and we are never short of bathrooms(a very common issue for big groups, :) ). Our Christmas celebration was truly memorable in this wonderful vacation house. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A heartfelt thank you to Katie for making it so incredibly special! I'm eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future!
