Swing by Mac’s Chatham Market to pick up some fresh seafood or Brick Block Ice Cream to grab a pint to take home!



Enter our home through the French Doors off of the back deck and walk into the free-flowing common space. Hang your beach towels up on the hooks on the left, and admire the large family-style table on your right-- perfect for group dinners or games! Walk towards the left and enter the kitchen. Pour yourself a tall and refreshing glass of water from the GE Refrigerator as you put your groceries away and begin to prep dinner in the modern and deluxe kitchen-- stocked with all stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave), large sink, and coffee maker, and adorned with a white subway tile backsplash and contrasting black granite countertops. Take a few steps over to the wet bar to find extra space to make your signature Cape Codder or Cosmo in the Bar-- packed with a second sink, prep space, bar equipment, and two high-top chairs. Enjoy a few minutes relaxing around the decorative fireplace in the sitting area, or head into the second living room to get comfortable in the oversized sectional and stream your favorite show on the TV. Across from this room also sits the unique blue and white checkered wallpapered half bathroom.



Our one-of-a-kind Cape home sleeps up to 10 in four modern bedrooms. The first of the four bedrooms sit on the first floor, off of the main dining space, and features a Queen bed, TV, large closet, and en suite full bathroom with a gorgeously updated glass shower. Head upstairs to find the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom on this floor duels the master bedroom with its Scandinavian chic aesthetic, large King bed, TV, large closet, and plush chair. Sail away in the third bedroom and feel as if you are spending a night on a real ship, with its playful wave wallpaper, and built-in bunk beds (1 Full Bed and 1 Twin Bed). The final bedroom on the second floor has 4 Twin beds looped around the central chimney and plenty of drawers and closet space for storage.
