Step in from the welcoming front porch to a bright, open first floor where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together effortlessly. The fully equipped kitchen features counter seating for four, while the dining table seats six, ideal for shared meals and lingering conversations. The cozy living area invites you to unwind on the plush L-shaped sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

Out back, the private fenced yard offers a peaceful place to gather, with comfortable seating, shaded areas, and a gas grill for laid-back cookouts and evenings outdoors.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a calming retreat with a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms share a full bath, providing comfortable spaces for everyone.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

What host? It is owned and managed by a corp. therefore no, and I mean no, personal touches. Although clean and enough towels, they disregarded the Kitchen. Kitchen stocked with badly scratched Tephlon, 3 salad forks, 3 dinner folks for a 3 bedroom home (sleeps 6 . No serving spoons, NoTea towels. We had to buy our own casserole pans
. . After restocking with new Teflon we were told there should have been stainless steel. What happened to it, Where was it? Poorly managed.Where’s the accountability? What an inconvenience on Thanksgiving.

The property is clean and provided a nice place to stay. The location to most places including downtown Charleston or mount pleasant is close. The neighborhood it is located was the only downside. You do not come into what looks like a good side of town. We took our dog and while walking him around the neighborhood there was glass in several areas of the grass and did not feel safe at night. The house itself is nice and clean and very cute inside.

Great family getaway!

The property is just as shown. It’s not too far of a drive to downtown, roughly 15 minutes to all the places we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is well maintained and clean. The property managers were responsive to any questions. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay

The unit is just as described. Very clean and well maintained. Loved that they had some coffee and toiletries there to get you started right away. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. Only slight negative is the neighborhood is interesting. Came in from the south the first day and the street we came in on was pretty run down. But to the north was Park Circle and that was fine. It didn’t bother us once we got in but just be aware if you come on Rivers that it does get better.

Property location excellent! Lots of restaurants and big park nearby and 10 minutes to downtown. Home was exceptionally clean. Perfect space for our weekend getaway. Hopefully back yard will get a little TLC for Spring and Summer.

Clean, comfortable. Simple yard for the dogs, and a park around the corner for my daughter. Easy parking. Stayed for a week while I was working in town and felt at home.
