The Space:

We believe in transparency and want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. It's our pleasure to share that our charming urban retreat is conveniently located just off Spruill Ave. While it's not a heavily trafficked street, there may be occasional sounds of passing cars. For your comfort, we provide sound machines in both bedrooms!



We want to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests, and if you're a very light sleeper, we want to be upfront that this may not be the best choice for you. However, if you're seeking a tranquil urban oasis with a touch of city life, we invite you to join us and experience the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.

Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays

For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Video Camera located near the Front Door.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.

Very clean but


I don’t to be unkind because the house was very clean and obviously stylish on the inside. Unfortunately, when I contacted the agent to let them know that the coffee pot did not work I received an automatic response saying they hoped I was having a nice time. I also responded to the agent’s request for things that needed to be improved in the rental, however, I waited several days and did not receive any response. The kitchen is not well equipped as it only had two forks,one knife and multiple spoons. There was one small paring knife, but no cutting board. Additionally there were no bowls other than smaller bowls, so I was not able to mix a salad or any other group of ingredients. There were no baking dishes. I also suggested that they add some small bedside tables so that there was a place to put your phone or a drink as I had to use the floor. I would say the bathrooms were quite satisfactory. The biggest issue is the neighborhood which is very rundown with a large junkyard across the street. There is also an enormous amount of very noisy traffic and we were told in the description that noise machines would be in the bedrooms but they were not there. The door has deadbolt locks, but my granddaughter was quite fearful of the neighborhood as it was so rundown. We did not have any incidents while we were there, and there was a little under can do to improve the neighborhood, but visitor should be advised as to the surrounding area. It was easy to get where we wanted to go.
